9-30-2013 Balise Chevrolet Almost exactly one month ago my wife and I leased a new Chevy Traverse from this dealership and had one of the best car buying experiences ever. So today I decided to stop in and see what type of deal I could get on a Chevy Silverado. I owned a Nissan Frontier (purchased at Balise Nissan-great place also) and my miles were approaching 75K. I had an exact budget in mind and wasn’t expecting them to come in where they did. Sales consultant Agha who worked with us in August greeted my and immediately asked about my children and wife. He is an absolute pleasure to work with no sales pitches just a genuine care about me and my family. After driving the truck (great conversation with Agha) I was very impressed with the vehicle. One of the other reasons I came back to Balise Chevy was Dan G. the sales manager who came over to discuss my truck and pricing. Talking to Dan is like talking to a friend you have known your whole life. I knew he was going to work hard to come in at a number I could live with and my wife wouldn’t kill me with. Within a few minutes Dan and his team won me over with a great price and professionalism. Even when I was waiting I spoke to Ahmad another sales consultant about sports and playing soccer, never pushed the sale just talked about life. Once the my deal was completed I worked with Charlene on my final paperwork. Charlene is extremely pleasant and is to work with, she also asked about my kids who last time there tried to destroy her office. I can honestly say without a doubt doing business with that team made the car leasing experience stress free and refreshing. I will recommend anyone to Balise, from a great salesman (Agha) to a standup sales manager (Dan G.) their team takes any negative experience you may have had with other dealerships and throws it out the window.
