This dealership sucks. The buying experience was terrible as I had to do all the work to actually get the sale paperwork going. The finance manager had all the wrong numbers when it came time to finally sign paperwork and they tried charging the list price of the car plus an extremely high interest rate even though other numbers had already been agreed upon. When I picked up the car FIVE WEEKS AGO they provided a temporary registration that was good for 21 days. The sales rep told me they had a 3rd party handle out of state registrations and that it would be mailed to me by then. After 2 weeks I called the dealer to check the status. They didn’t even have the correct information that we weren’t transferring our previous registration so they had not yet even started the registration process. They blamed the registry for the delay but obviously they didn’t even know what was going on. I spoke with a sales manager Dwayne who said he’d be going the next day to register and try to put a rush on it then email me tracking info. After more than a week I called again to check the status. At this point I have an unregistered vehicle sitting in my driveway that I can’t drive. The manager told me the scheduled date to pick up the registration was the following Thursday and that he would overnight it to me. The following Saturday I called to check on the status and the manager told me he’d check and call me back - no call back. So I purchased a car that I can’t drive because it’s unregistered even though the dealership told me “police are lenient with expired registrations because of COVID” that’s certainly not a risk I’m willing to take and it’s very bad advice for them to be giving out. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone because you just get brushed off and ignored. Once the papers are signed they clearly don’t care. They offer no apologies, solutions, or compensation in any form for their terrible lack of work.
