onHURD went above and beyond to try to ascertain why my 3-month old Buick Encore wouldn't start. Thing is, after the tow to Hurd, Hurd had no trouble starting it, so there were no computer messages saying what had caused the problem. Nine different system checks were done to ensure everything was up to par. Since picking up the car on Monday night, all has been well. Hopefully, the no-start issue won't be repeated. If it does, I'll come see my service friends at HURD. Thanks for your assistance, and for answering all our questions.
