I was afraid to buy a car. My old one took me near and far. My old SUV still went fast, But she sure did burn a lot of gas. I live in the boonies and needed traction. But I also wanted fun driving action. With trepidation went Car Shopping And left two dealerships without stopping I wasn't treated well at all So on Alexander Subaru I did call I drove 2 hours to see their cars And now I give them 5 big stars. They gave me the price Edmunds said I should pay And I bought my Impreza that very day! My salesman, Doug was really nice He put my car-buying fears on ice Being female, I am aware Some salesmen think our heads are filled with air Doug answered all my questions well The finance manager was also swell. A great interest rate and a really good price The car I liked and I didn't think twice Alexander Subaru delivered for me Take my advice and you will see. If they ask who sent you simply say The poet on Edmunds you are reading today!

the sales staff at alexander subaru are [violative content deleted] they will tell you one thing and turn around and do another.i had purchased a 2004 chevy silverado there,and when iwas taking it a test drive i had noticed there was an exhaust manifold leak, well this salesman told me & my wife that this would be fixed.well when it went in to be fixed they found 2 bolts had broken off on the rear of the driver side manifold they ended up repairing the 2 broken bolts but that was it,what i mean by that is bolts break for a reason and the reason they broke is because the exhaust manifold warps and actually breaks off the bolts,and the salesman i had told me that this was a common problem with big block engines,so they knew what the problem was but they did not want to purchase a new exhaust manifold to satsfy me the customer.so any way i get the truck back after all this and all the salesman kept saying to me is how much it cost to fix this,like i really wanted to hear this.so i take the truck home and there is a miss in the engine,like the engine is spitting & sputtering so they get it back and have it for a couple more days and could not find anything wrong with it.so i took it home and removed the spark plugs and i was on the last plug on the passenger side and found a broken bolt on the exhaust manifold.so i took it back to them again and the salesman told me it would be taken care of but he was going on vacation that week so the so if i had any questions the manager would answere them,to make a long story short the service manager had called my house while i was at work and told my wife that it would cost me $420.00 to get this fixed.i tried calling the manager but he would not return my calls.so if you are looking for a place to buy a subaru or a used car DO NOT go here,they are [violative content deleted]
