All around positive buying experience. They made it straightforward and did not play games like some I've sat in on. They provided the exact ampount w/ taxes/tags/fees and provided me a competitive trade in for my previous vehicle. I drove away very pleased.

Disabled vet not given military discount

UNSAT! I found the car of my dreams on ebay at Valley Chevrolet, right under the price was the "military discount tab". After going through all the motions from the GM site to qualify as a vet, I had my eligibility number. I called the dealer to find out they agree the car is eligible, but choose not to offer the military discount on the car in question because the car is "hard to come by". I explained that letters from home and a blood transfusion were actually things hard to come by. NO MILITARY SUPPORT!
