After my last terrible experience buying a car, I was not looking forward to doing it again. From the moment I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Susan I felt comfortable. I told her what I wanted and she immediately put me in the car for a test drive. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about all the features that the experience was great. When it became apparent I could not afford that car, she did not push the issue or make me feel uncomfortable. Instead she immediately started looking for something with all the features I wanted but a bit less money. She hit the nail right on the head. I have a terrific new Camry that I love. I can't tell you how easily she was able to find the car and close the transaction. It was a great a great experience. I'm proud to say I have been "Bonked!"
