Oliver Snow is a pleasure to work with! My husband and I just purchased a Range Rover and Oliver made our car buying experience a memorable one! He provided us with wonderful customer service from start to finish. Love it

I just bought a sport & I love it. my salesman was great. infact, the entire staff from the managers down to the receptionist made me feel like I was part of their family. I shopped 4 other dealers & they came out the best. Price was not an issue & they were upfront with everything from the beginning. Very professional & no pressure. The price was very competitive & had a good selection to choose from. Offered to get me the exact one I wanted if it wasn't it stock. Luckily they had one I was happy with. I'm in sales myself & appreciate the whole experience. They definitely went above & beyond what a car dealer should. I recommend anyone who's looking for a Land Rover to give these guys a shot. I don't know what the other person was saying in the review but my experience was exceptional. The service dept is well above average as well. Only draw back is they don't have weekend service hours. but, they did accommodate by providing a loaner on a different day which was great. and yes, they give you a Land Rover to drive not an enterprise rental. I will be back for another Land Rover for my wife in the spring.

Car Thieves have more Ethics than WC Jaguar

Never have we experienced a more incompetent and deceitful group of supposed sales professionals. The incompetence grows from the sales force straight up to the President of WC JAG. The 140 point checkup was not done and then the President of WC JAG tried to tell us the checkups are done when the vehicles arrive, not prior to delivery. Hence, we had a $75,000 car with no windshied washers, non-operating GPS sytem as well as non-operating Folding Mirrors and voice command systems. The vehicle supposedly had a bluetooth hookup - the sales person told us it did not have it and the President of WC said it did have it, it just didn't work. Does anyone know that Jaguar has a problem with the supposed chrome that clouds and there is no recall or dealer assistance? We picked the vehicle up in the dark, so this was not discovered until after we took delivery. We had scratches on the bumper, ripped rubber molding around the driver side door, a dirty cabin air filter and clouded windows. Now - where was the 140 point checkup? Our sales person was to get back to us to settle the bluetooth issue - four days later he still hadn't called. The supposed President of WC JAG thought it was unreasonable to discuss why blatant items were not addressed during the well-advertised 140 point checkup. This is one dealership that resembles a "Boys Club." Very reluctant to speak with women who ask questions and demand answers. This dealership at one time may have been reputable, but now is taking a downward spiral. I find it offensive when customers leave and remarks are made about them by sales people that can be overheard by anyone present. Do yourself a favor - go somewhere else. When dealing with a JAG, you have pick-up and delivery anyway when it's service time. Go to reputable people who will treat you with respect and tell the truth.
