My shopping process took me to Volvo, Lexus, Mercedes and Jaguar dealers. All were courteous and dutifully answered my questions. Adam F, however, went out of his way to take an interest in my wife and me beyond being simply potential customers. He made us feel welcome and that our business was highly valued. Adam was helpful and informative without being pushy. He made the entire experience smooth, seamless and as close to enjoyable as I ever hope to see in the car-buying process.
