Yvonne was excellent. During the year drove she went over the car in detail regarding features and services provided by hyundai. After my purchase was final she went above and beyond to get my belongings into my new car and went over all my features. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful during the whole process.

I was treated with respect by everyone I came in contact with. My sales person, Yvonne Pavlik was very nice, respectful and courteous. I was considering other vehicles, but chose the Hyundai primarily because of how I was treated. I went to a Ford dealership after my first visit to Hyundai, but was treated in a condescending manner. So, because I was treated with respect by Yvonne and others at Washington Hyundai, I chose to do business there.

2018 sonata

I was immediately greeted by a salesperson. Unlike Washington Ford where I walked the lot for 30 min before seeking a salesperson myself. I also had so many people (staff) display an interest in car buying experience although nothing was ever wrong others were involved keeping it on track.
