Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. I was asked to wait as the salesperson I was dealing with was with another customer. While I was waiting he came by couple of times saying that he will be with me shortly. After making me wait for 4 hours, he said that he has to help another customer who just came in and I was told that he does not want to deal with me. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior anywhere. I felt as if I was being prejudiced against.

I waited almost a year since I first saw one to get one of my own. I am not disappointed one bit. This is so much nicer that the 2016 LaCrosse I traded in. The salesman kept me informed of the progress of the car from the day I ordered it until it arrived at the dealership.

Great job. Only one disappointment. To drive and complete the deal, I needed $500 for taxes and tags....but then I transferred my tags instead of buying new tags, and asked would that lower the $500 any ? They said 'YES'. But after everything was done it was still $500. I asked why and they just made some excuse. It just seemed like the typical old dealer tricks again. Say what you mean and mean what you say...the $500 should have been lowered because the tags were being transferred, not bought new...shady dealings to me. BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT.

I was offered a lease deal by email with a trade in value for my car. I made an appointment with the rep that made the offer. When I arrived at Faulkner I asked for this man, but was told he was busy with another customer. I was sent with another salesperson for test drives and leasing possibilities. Joe never came out to meet me, my leasing offers were never met and my trade in not honored. I drove an hour for this dealership and it was a total disappointment. Dishonest offers and no respect for customers. I was offered lease deals of payments under 200.00 and was offered 383.00 a month when I arrived. Very dishonest and have the emails to prove it.

We have never had such a great experience when buying a car! Rick Grissinger was by far the best salesman. He knew every option and button on our Terrain and explained it all. We showed up late on a Friday and thought we'd be rushed but it was the complete opposite. This was our first time at Faulkner and have decided that we will never go to any other dealership. Our rav review made my father in law go to Rick two weeks later and purchase a vehicle.

We have leased our last 2 cars with Rick's help. He has made them our best experiences. His primary focus was to find the car we wanted not the car he wanted to sell. Car transactions take awhile Rick makes you feel like you're visiting, always with the focus on you! Made me promise to bring the car back for washing.....The whole team is the BEST!

I found my salesman Dan P to be easy to work with & very professional. I had to do a little homework to know that Faulkner had the vehicle I was purchasing listed on their website for less than I was quoted. That price was honored. I initially was offered a minimal amount for my trade-in, but eventually was offered a fair price. In the end I was pleased with both the price of the new vehicle and value of my trade.
