I hate car shopping and being pressured by car salespersons. I didn't have that type of experience at Blaise Alexander. It was easy and fairly quick, and the salesperson Luke made sure we got what we wanted. The business manager Joe actually found us $750.00 the we didn't know we were entitled to. I like other people finding me money. We will buy there again.

After having a bad experience elsewhere, our son reccomended my wife & I use Blaise Alexander. The dealer is a 2 hour & 15 min. drive from home. We called to express our desire to lease a 2012 Azera. From our first discussion to final decision, it was a great experience. Upon learning what we wanted , they went to work. 2012 Azera's are not easy to find, but they found exactly what we wanted--and worked with us to agree on a deal. Two days later, we were at the dealership, signing the papers. Our sales consultant (Kevin Woods), and the General Manager (John Broohmes) explained all of the new technology, and bells & whistles at great length. They were very patient with us. Upon making the lease deal, the finance man said that he found us a better rate and lower payment if we didn't mind going for 42 months vs. 36. Hooray--the longer, the better. He then found an even better deal for us on a 48 month lease---Music to our ears, as the full warranty is for 5 yrs./60000 miles. We actually got a better lease than we wanted. The 230 mile roundtrip was worth it, and totally stress free. Absolutely no sales pressure was exerted, and everyone at the dealership was helpful , friendly and courteous. Also, we had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin who played football at PSU for our idol--JoePa. We have never before written a review, but we are very happy with Blaise Alexander.
