Shawn VonPoppe, our salesman couldn't have been any nicer to us. He was very patient while we made our decision. He was very professional while giving us that extra personal touch. He did extras that I didn't expect. The staff was very friendly and the coffee was delicious and a nice touch.

Stellar Experience

Not having to deal with the usual "tennis match" with the sale person and manager. Tim the sales manager came to meet me within moments after I told the sales person I had a great trade in and wanted to make a deal on a new iM. Tim made the whole process painless and efficient. I was able to be done with the whole process within a few hours, which is and was one of the fastest I've even encountered at any dealership. High praises to Tim, Elizabeth (sales), and Marco (finance), for working with me. Kudos to all!

Great Dealership & Salesman

Dave Morrison is my salesman and I am very pleased with his performance. He worked diligently to meet what I was asking for even with distractions that having a wife with cancer caused for the process. He was very understanding and flexible when I needed to change a scheduled meeting and in answering questions I had about the audio/nav accessory I wanted. I was pleased to find that ScrantonToyota was a USAA participant. I knew MotorWorld in Wilkes-Barre is, too, but I had met Dave a few years back when I was looking at the Scion FR-S and felt comfortable coming back to see him again and the Toyota 86.

The sales professional, Jammie, who sold me the car was excellent! She was very pleasant, had a good attitude, and most importantly I believe she was honest which made me feel more comfortable during the whole buying process. 10/10 would recommend!

David Morrison is a real asset to you team. He was personal and helpful. He anticipated my questions. Additionally he offered to take my wife through a tutorial the next day seeing she was not able to be with me when I picked up the car. I would also commend Joshua who gave me a good trade in value. This was definitely my best experience in buy a car at a dealership in 40 years.

My salesperson, David Morrison, was really great. Very informative and enthusiastic without being aggressive. At no time did I feel like he was rushing me through and took time to answer all of my questions and go over many details about my car. I was given good options and am very satisfied with the price I paid. The finance rep was also very helpful and worked to get me the payment that I wanted. Overall very good experience. I have already referred a friend.

The experience was very professional and friendly. I didn't have the feeling that there was a hidden agenda on behalf of the sales staff or finance department. Furthermore, I liked that Toyota of Scranton Leadership was out walking the floor meeting with customers and andwering questions. Great way to do business.

Aaron was wonderful. He was very kind, polite, and pleasant. He was not pushy or overwhelming which I appreciate immensely, and he provided me with thorough details about the vehicle along with all of its safety features, which are important to me. I 100% plan to work with Aaron again! Andy in the finance department was also great. He was very pleasant and explained things well. He kept in mind the budget that I was trying to stick to and created an a la carte option pack for my lease to keep me within my budget. A huge thanks to both Aaron and Andy!!

I found the Chevy Equinox that I wanted online so I called the dealership on a Tuesday. I talked and texted with Joe M. Jr. to negotiate a deal because I live 1 1/2hrs away from Scranton. He was VERY nice and I could tell he wanted to work with me as a customer, not just another sale. I saw pictures online, but it is hard to really see if there are small dents or scratches on the vehicle, so I asked Joe to tell me if there were any. He told me where the imperfections were over the phone. We came to an agreement and the next night my husband and I went to Scranton to drive the vehicle. We looked the Equinox over and the only dents I found were the ones he told me about. I was pleased at his honesty! We went in to sign the paperwork and we even got a lower payment than first worked out, without any more negotiation. All of the employees that we came in contact with at Toyota of Scraton (whether dealing with or just passing by) were very considerate and friendly! They respected our time (because we had another 1 1/2 to drive home) and that showed us we were more than just a sale; they cared about what we cared about. I am very pleased and I feel we got a good deal! Applause to you, Joe Jr. and Toyota of Scranton!
