Wonderful experience!

Chris was friendly and helpful. He took his time explaining the different models. He was patient with our children as we waited to finish paperwork. Chris even offered to bring a loaner car to us when our car goes into the shop to replace a tire that had a nail in it. He ordered the all season mats that we wanted for the interior. We would highly recommend Chris and Williams Toyota to friends who are looking to purchase a new Toyota.

When purchasing our car, transaction went very smoothly. We were in and out in about 60 minutes. All the pre-transaction work was complete and waiting for us to arrive. It was a matter of signing paperwork and going over the car.

The entire buying process was very efficient and the staff was EXTREMELY SUPPORTIVE and Friendly. Clayton Templar was my salesman and Karen Rockwell was my finance agent and they were both absolutely phenomenal. If I could give them a raise or a bonus I would. Thank you VERY MUCH!!!! Friendly and helpful staff. Kathy was great for all the paperwork. She was patient and understanding with all my questions. They provided me a loaner car since my car was unusable. That was extremely helpful and very much appreciated. And a full tank of gas of gas in our new car was a "Wow"!

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I felt that everyone was trying to give us as good a deal as they could. Our salesman, Joe, was VERY good. We felt very comfortable with him. Also, Karen is a great person in the financing area. She is efficient and friendly. Good people! Also, I've dealt with Williams for several years and really feel comfortable with the people in the Service area. I don't normally take my vehicles back to a car dealer for service work but with Williams Toyota, I make an exception. Thanks!
