PUT YOU IN DANGER TO MAKE A SALE!

I just wanted to bring awareness to an issue involving dangerous sales tactics of a dealership in Quakertown, Ciocca Hyundai. Myself, my husband and our 4 year old and 8 year old visited this dealership on Monday looking to trade in my 2017 Subaru Forester. The dealership looked at my Subaru to get the trade in value and then came back inside and said that the hood wouldn't close. Now my car is only 3 years old and the hood has been opened less than 10 times total so this was a complete surprise. My husband has worked in the auto industry for several years but he is not a mechanic. He has seen sales tactics where the dealership will somehow disable your car (such as deflate a tire) to get the customer to stay longer in hopes to close a deal. This was what was done to my hood. They unhooked the cable that the hood latches to. One employee put a bungee cord to tie the hood down good enough to get us home and luckily it worked. My husband took the car to his job and had his mechanics look at it and the mechanic fixed it in less than a minute. He also confirmed that this was a sales tactic. Not only did the dealership put my life and my husband's life in danger, they put my kids' lives in danger. We drove from Nazareth (where we live) to Quakertown so it was a significant drive, not just down the street. The dealership had a mechanic come out and "look" at the hood and he said he couldn't figure out what was wrong with the car. This was obviously part of the act. I contacted the sales manager, Edwin Salazar, and the sales person we dealt with, John Hagar and told them I knew about their trick and I never heard back from them. I just want people to be aware of this behavior and disgusting sales tactic and to not go to Ciocca dealerships! I don't want to see anyone get hurt because these people want to sell a Hyundai and make $200 commission! Thank you so much for your time.

Great Deal!

From our first encounter at the dealership, we felt welcome and interest in helping us with the task of buying a new car. We ended up buying a 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited and the process was one of the best for us. Our salesman, Frank, was top-notch the entire process as he was ready with answers to our many questions and never pressured us to make a decision. We felt that Frank wanted us to be sure of our decision and was helpful by doing all he could to accommodate us. Buying a car can be very stressful and confusing and we have had not so pleasant experiences in the past at other dealers - not the case here at Ciocca - from start to finish, it was a pleasure. We had a little confusion with some of the financing aspects but after taking some time to review the details, we were accommodated again by the finance person - no pressure and a willingness to help us. I will recommend Frank and the staff at Ciocca to others even though we had to drive about 50 miles - it was worth every mile and if we purchase a new car in the future, we will return without hesitation. Thank you for a great deal!!

Wonderful experience:)

I recently just purchased a 2014 Hyundai Elantra from Ciocca Hyundai in Quakertown, PA. The entire experience was beyond amazing. The atmosphere that Ciocca presented was both professional but relaxed at the same time. Everyone that I encountered there was truly wonderful and put their best effort into helping me find the perfect car. I cannot fully express in words how wonderful our salesman, Frank R. was. Not only was he kind and patient, but he treated me like a friend rather than just a sale. Frank went above and beyond with me and was both warm and inviting every single time I spoke with him. He truly spent a great deal of time with every single detail and question that I had. Furthermore, his knowledge and helpfulness of the car along with the warranties and packages was absolutely outstanding. Again, he took a great deal of time to sit down with me in order to discuss different warranties and packages and he never once rushed through anything. He sat down patiently and explained everything in great detail to me so that I could make the best decision possible. Frank truly made this car buying experience the best decision that I have made. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else other than Ciocca Hyundai and dealing with anyone other than Frank. I would recommend Ciocca and Frank to anyone that asked me about a dealership without hesitating.

Ciocca is the way to go!

I recently purchased a brand new 2014 Elantra from Ciocca Hyundai, and I'm extremely satisfied I did so! Our salesman, Mike K, and the rest of the staff were very helpful with my purchase. The dealership has a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere; something I haven't encountered at other dealerships. I definitely recommend Ciocca to anyone who wants a fair price on a nice ride, and a relaxed, easy sales process. Two thumbs up!

Fantastic experience leasing my first car

I had SUCH an amazing experience leasing my first car from Hyundai. The salesperson who helped me, Brandi, was bright and not pushy at all - she was an absolute joy to work with. After I got the car home I received several follow up calls from Brandi to make sure everything was going well. When I had a bit of a problem with the Hyundai Financing, I called Brandi and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out, resolving the issue in a matter of days. I really can't say enough about how great my experience at this dealership was. I plan to go back once my current lease is up and will ask for Brandi right away! She's spectacular!

Great Dealership

I had a fantastic experience at this dealership. When we walked in they knew exactly which car I was talking about. I test drove the car and purchased the vehicle. I was in a time crunch and Alex made sure that the we completed all of the paper work in a timely manner. Great Service! Great Experience

I was looking for a specific used car, Honda CR-V. I found one that I wanted at the Ciocca Ford Dealership, which was in Souderton. Alex from the Hyundai dealership went and got it for me to test drive at the Quakertown dealership. It is a great car and was a great transaction all around. I will gladly recommend Alex and Ciocca to all of my friends.

Ciocca Did Everything Right!

Stopped at the dealership around 6pm on a Friday night. The salesperson came out to help me (in the rain!)and answer questions, but was not aggressive or annoying. During the test drive, she explained the cars features and was almost as excited as I was as she told me about all the features of the car! I have less-than-perfect credit, so I was prepared for a painful negotiation and credit process, but it was anything but painful. They gave me the bottom line price of the car right up front (which was well below the pricing I had researched online prior to visiting the dealership). They appraised my car and gave me a fair trade in price. Applied all applicable rebates and incentives. The actual credit application and decision took only MINUTES! Most of our time was actually spent talking about the car and the features and I felt ZERO pressure to buy ; it was just like sitting and discussing cars with a friend. A friend who keeps asking if you are comfortable, or if you need anything, or want anything to drink.. :) Within minutes of taking my application, the credit manager came back and gave me all of the information I needed to make my decision. All in writing. Price of car, amount of trade, length of loan, interest rate, monthly payments.... I decided to buy the car and figured that due to the time (almost 8pm) I'd need to come back the next day to sign everything and pick it up. NOPE! They got the car detailed and ready for pick up and even helped me clean all the junk out of my car and put my things in the new car (still in the rain) while I sat with the Finance Manager to sign all the papers. When I was done, the salesperson took me out to my new car and familiarized me with all of the gauges and headlights and wipers. She helped me adjust my seat and mirrors, helped me set up my navigation system and even taught me how to connect my phone to the bluetooth! By this time, we were well past the normal closing time for the dealership and I'm sure everybody was ready to get home on a Friday....but you wouldn't have known it by speaking to any of them. None of them rushed me. They were all professional and treated me like I was their only customer. I'm thrilled with my car! Love everything about it and have no issues. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Ciocca. I had been to several dealerships before stopping there and was really feeling a bit beat up and almost to the point of giving up on getting a new car at this time. I was not having a good car shopping experience. Until I got to Ciocca..... Bottom Line: They are upfront with their pricing. They sell great cars (this is my 2nd Hyundai). They are friendly, knowledgeable, and they treat customers with respect. Looking forward to working with them for all of my car needs for many years!

Excellent Dealership!!!!

I just bought a 2014 Sonata at this dealership and had a fantastic experience. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and a great price on my new car. My salesperson, Brandi, was so nice and patient and Andy the finance guy was awesome! Everybody at this dealership was so friendly and helpful. You will not find a better place to buy a Hyundai.

What a nice Experience!

A few weeks ago my daughter and I decided to stop in because she needed a car for school. When we got there we were greeted by the most polite sales person who took, what must have been two hours to help us find the right car. Once we found the right car, the process went nice and smooth. I would definitely doing business here again.

Bait and switch

When we arrived, a more expensive version of the car we were interested in was prepped and waiting. Like another reviewer here, the car we had been working on just happened to be sold less than 24 hours earlier. Then, it was our fault, "someone" called to let us know. Except, that was a lie and we all knew it was a lie. And, immediately, the manager, right out of b-movie central casting, had a better deal for me. These folks bring the caricature of used car dealers to life. And you'll be looking for a scalding hot shower to wash away the experience if you are foolish enough, as we were, to venture in. Stay away.

Untrustworthy

This place sells very poor used vehicles. My truck had continuous issues (check engine light came on 6 times during the 2 months I had it), and it never seemed to get fixed properly. When I asked that they just take it back and refund my money after it refused to stop at a stoplight and drifted out into the intersection with the check engine light turning on once again, they only offered a partial credit toward another vehicle from them since they couldn't sell the truck in the condition it was in. Well, I ended up stuck with another vehicle from them, and they turned around and sold the truck anyway! I've been lied to and yelled at, and I feel taken advantage of. This place is untrustworthy.

Worst Dealer Experience Ever!

Upon finding exactly what I wanted through weeks of internet search, I contacted Ms. B. and set an appointment to come look at the 2006 Used Ford Ranger. After a two hour (one-way) trip, the Ranger was magically sold just before I arrived early, no attempt was made to contact me to relay this information. It was a transparent ploy to get me on the lot and waste my time... they had nothing comparable to show me. I will tell everyone I meet to not believe their website or their sales people. Worst dealer experience ever!

Great Service & Prices

Back in October 2006 my mother needed a new car and believe me we went to every dealer in the bucks county area. Ciocca Quakertown gave us the best price and also the staff was very nice. She bought a new Elantra which she totally loves (small and easy for drive for her). Making appointments for routine service or warranty work is always very easy, never a hassle. When I needed a new car I went straight to Ciocca and purchased a new Santa Fe in June 2007. I got a great deal and even had the same salesperson as my mother did. I have to say that I never have any problems making appointments for warranty or routine service work either. My car is also cleaner when I pick it up after a service call. Keep up the excellent work. Thanks.

worst used car dealership ever!!

We purchased a truck from this dealership and it broke down on the way home and now they will not take phone calls from us or return phone calls. We have faxed them, repeatedly called and the salesman and manager are never there or no one answers the phone (what business doesn't have voice mail?!?!?). We left messages on the rare occasion someone answers the phone but that is as far as it goes. The manager GUARANTEED verbally this truck or he would buy it back for more than we paid for it but he won't even talk to us. We stopped payment on the check immediately after the purchase and sent several faxes to let them know we did this and to cancel the contract as per the law allows. We also told them to bring a tow truck to get this truck off our property. My husband was nearly in an accident when this truck broke down on a major highway less than an hour after we purchased it and NO ONE CARES!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND APPARENTLY THEIR LACK OF CARING OR COMMUNICATION SHOWS THAT THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I think the Dealership was wonderful to deal with. I did my shopping on line and it was very easy and actually fun to meet with my sales women before entering the store, she made me feel very comfortable about my purchase and anwsered all me questions prior to my visit. It was just a matter of test driving the vehicle in which she had ready for me to drive and checking out what my trade car was worth. Everything was done in a timely manner and was very professional. I love my new Sonata and look forward to doing my service with Ciocca Hyundai as I was introduced to the Service Manager and he seems to me that he will accomadate my needs as well. I will recommend family and friends to this Dealership and ask them to go through the internet to speak with my sales women.
