Your service manager Jim at the parts counter did a job for me; far better service I have had from any new vehicle dealer I have dealt with. Very patient to listen to my problems and spent a lot of time contacting the reps from Ford and Michelin to correct my problems.Still,to buy a new truck in the very near future will go to your dealership.The F350 I bought new from Sturman Larken very convenient for me since I am only two miles away.
