James Thomas has always treated me wonderfully every time I come in for service. Even if it is just for a car wash. Always courteous and helpful. One question though. I would like confirmation that by continuing to have you rotate my tires will sustain the warranty on the tires that I purchased roughly a year ago. Jeff Flaherty

Deanna Hicks took extra time to research the history of service to ensure that my car received all of the necessary work. She also discounted standard service for tire rotation when I was getting new tires installed. Very thorough and personable.

Excellent maintenance service

The maintenance service at the Spitzer Toyota service center in March 2024 provided to my Toyota corolla was excellent and professional and done without a long wait time . The service assistance provided from the service manager Jamas Thomas was very professional and friendly and helpful throughout the process for the completion of the maintenance of my Toyota corolla.

Knowledgeable service

Being a new toyota, my previous was a 2016 the service indicator came on so thinking it was time for my first oil change I made an appointment and took it in. Charles Carter was so thorough in explaining the service indications, such as 5000 miles bring in it just to have a general go over 10,000 for oil change on the newer cars. He even took the time to write it on my service papers because my mom took my car to this appointment and he was sure I would have this knowledge going forward. Compared to how my previous dealer changed after "changing names" buying this car and service was all an excellent pleasant experience

Good car, good experience

Came upon the toyota matrix by accident, was actually visiting spitzer in Dubois. Was very easy to set up an appointment to view the car, was given plenty of time to do a walk around, and the test drive itself was very good with varying speeds. Rutul 'Rudy' was very low pressure and attentive. At no time did my daughter or I feel pressured into buying. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Long time customer

I have been a customer for over 20 years. Except for one brief rough patch in the early 2000s, service has been very good. I feel that the service department hears me when there are issues. I do not feel pressured to buy other services. My most recent experience with Mr. James Thomas was very pleasant and productive. He explained issues clearly. His smile is infectious.

When you bring your vehicle in for5k maintenance intervals do a review with the technician for the work to be performed! The reason I'm telling this to you is to avoid unnecessary overlaps! I checked our vehicle in with Charles Carter! We went thru what was required and avoided unneeded items like wiper blades that I just purchased at Advance! Tire rotation that was recently performed at Export tire! These are just 2 examples of overlaps in maintenance that would have been unnecessary and expensive! The maintenance they did perform was done professionally and documented! We appreciate the personnel at Spitzers Toyota personal in Monroeville PA!
