Easiest Sale I’ve Had

Jason at Monroeville Jeep Dealership provided such an easy, no-stress experience I had when purchasing my Jeep. He was quick, efficient, friendly. Buying a car can be a long drawn out stressful transaction and Jason made it the opposite. Monroeville Jeep had the Jeep I loved. I was very happy when I left.

I would highly recommend this dealership and especially sales consultant, Tony Towchik. I may not have bought my vehicle from this dealership as I had planned to “look around,” but his patience and his overall friendly and empathetic demeanor kept me coming back, and now I have the Jeep that I wanted and with peace of mind!

Leasing a Cherokee Trailhawk went went and was fun

The overall transaction was enjoyable. That's not often the case, but it was this time for sure. We were looking to lease a Cherokee Latitude Lux but the Trailhawk on the lot caught our eye. We had one before and we really liked it. The negotiations went well and we closed the deal. We were coming out of a Cherokee Limited lease from the same dealership and that time, three years ago, went very nicely, too. Two days of driving it now and lovin' it.

This is my second lease with this dealer and each time I have received amazing service. My salesman for my 2021 Willys Wrangler Unlimited was Don Wennersten. He was very patient with me and he went above and beyond with making sure all my needs were met. I am extremely satisfied with my Jeep and I will continue to come back time and time again.

I visited this dealer to trade my jeep for a newer Wrangler. I received outstanding service, and my sales consultant was very knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. I got a great deal on my trade in and am immensely pleased with my new Jeep Wrangler! They had plenty of vehicles to choose from, and had no issues with showing me several vehicles to meet my budget concerns.

Everyone was friendly and helpful without being too pushy. Wish my payment was a little lower but they worked hard to get me a deal I was comfortable with. I got to trade in my lease 11 months early and walked out with an upgraded car. Overall very happy!

Amazing experience

I had an amazing experience yesterday purchasing my new jeep. The salesman Cortney was so friendly and professional. He was quick with my purchase so I did not have to spend hours buying a car. The finance team also was great and quick with their work. Overall it was wonderful and made the car buying process wonderful instead of an all day long process.
