I am a repeat customer here - they adhere to the Edmunds TMV figures and don't try to haggle you up with anything. They listen to what you want and are very straight forward through the whole process. I do shop around, but always come back here.

Anna Johns at #1 Cochran Subaru was great from introduction to us walking out the door with the Subaru Forester. Anna was very friendly, knowledgeable about the product and not at all aggressive in her sale. We would highly recommend Anna and we will definitely return to #1 Cochran to see Anna for another car. This was our first experience at #1 Cochran and definitely won't be our last.

We recently leased our third Outback, a 2015 2.5i Premium, and are not only thrilled with the vehicle but, as has invariably been the case in all of our dealings with # 1 Cochran, be they with Sales, Service, or Parts, extremely with the leasing experience. Our salesperson, Ms. Anna Johns, is as cheerful as she is well-informed, as exemplarily professional as she is helpful, particularly as regards providing complete tutelage in the new audio/phone and Eyesight Driver-Assist systems. The finance manager, Dave D., was equally helpful, personal, and professional, transforming what can be a stressful experience into one that was transparent and stress-free. Though a large dealership, # 1 Cochrane Subaru understands that the quality of its staff is as important as the quality of the vehicles its sells, which is why we are thoroughly pleased return customers who are delighted to recommend # 1 Cochran Subaru with unqualified enthusiasm.

About 2 weeks ago I purchased a new 2014 Subaru Impreza Sport Premium from #1 Cochran Subaru of Monroeville. I worked with Steve P, who made the whole experience a true pleasure. All of my questions were answered, and he took a bit of time going through all of the features on the car with me. Steve also went out of his way to help me through an issue with getting my title on my trade in on a vehicle which had just been paid off. As a female, I really appreciated that Steve never talked down to me. I know a bit about cars, and it was nice to work with someone who treated me as though I knew what I was talking about. I highly recommend Steve and everyone at #1 Cochran Subaru!

If you are interested in purchasing a Subaru, this is the place to go. Professional and friendly without being condescending, all of my questions were answered and I was made comfortable by everyone I talked with. When the car I wanted wasn't available in the color I desired my salesperson Garret kept me informed while finding a match. When my car came in he took his time making sure I was comfortable with all of the controls and assured me that I could call with any further questions that I may have. I also feel I ended up with a good deal. It was a fabulous experience all around.

A very pleasant experience

This is not my first new car experience but it was definitely my best. Everyone from the manager, the sales person and finance department were great and very knowledgeable. Everything was very smooth and there was not any surprises. The car wasn't available at the time but due to their sales volume the wait was minimal and worth it. The car is exactly what I wanted and my wife and I was enjoy it for a long time. I highly endorse Kelsey as the sales rep. She may be new to the business but her knowledge and help was second to none. All and all, I had a great experience from beginning to the end.

Purchased my new Subaru Crosstrek on Monday the 21st. I was more than satisfied with my online quote and trade in appraisal.Anna J was my sales rep. She walked me thru the entire process. Helped me choose the car that would best fit my needs. Answered all my questions.Assisted me with setting up the Bluetooth. May need a little more help there. Followed up with a phone call. She will be available with further assistance. They called my insurance company and I have received my temp. card. So far am loving this car.

Great purchase for my 84 year old mom

This was the first time my 84 year old mom had to purchase a car on her own. We had a great salesperson, Shelly, and everything from start to finish was easy and low pressure. We knew what we wanted, so that made it easier for us. Great perks you get with Cochran as well. I would definitely go back.

Christopher G was my salesperson. He made me feel comfortable right from the start. I had so many questions, since I never bought a car by myself. I wanted to make sure, I was going to Love it, after I purchased it. I called quite a few times :) ... and every conversation was answered professionally and honest. I didn't feel pressured or my questions weren't respected. He knew most of the answers imm., and if he didn't, he called me back. The sales lady from the internet was also polite during the conversations. Overall, I would rate them as a A+, for I cant' find anything I didn't like about this dealer. I'm very pleased with the whole experience, and Love, Love, Love my car. Forester...
