Thorton Chevy is 2 1/2 hours from home. I had some specific needs in my Chevy 2500 and they had the truck. I contacted them by email and received immediate no pressure response I was assigned an agent and over the course of a couple days, the deal was closed. They wet straight forward, polite and I each their website in the future

2018 Silverado - New

The actual purchase went smoothly and with expedience. The only disappointments I have are that the truck was not "detailed" when I got it. I had to stop at my shop 5 miles away to clean the inside windshield from the new car fog so I could see to drive it home. The other problem was the w/s wipers are already "shot", perhaps from sitting on the lot too long. They are very streaky when used and do not "flip-flop". This should have been caught upon dealer inspection. Maybe I'm old fashioned but a new truck/car should be flawless upon first drive.

Oops! I forgot to get my Silverado inspected and planned on pulling my 5th wheel to Vermont the next day! Called Matt in the service department and he fit me into the schedule first thing in the morning! I was off to Vermont later that morning! That's the way I'm always treated at Thornton! No reason to even think of going anywhere else!

I purchased a 2013 silverado from Thornton Chevrolet and I am pleased to provide high praise! I started with an internet quote from Michelle. After comparing to other dealers, I visited the dealership. I was impressed with the professionalism of the Thornton team. They were very busy when I arrived. Adam was the first to talk with me and was very knowledgeable about the Silverado trucks. Thornton had a great selection of trucks and Adam helped me find two trucks that exactly met what I was looking for. I then met with Chip who helped me through the sales process. There was no pressure, no gimmicks and I had a fair quote after 30 minutes (including trade-in value). I also was able to meet Doug (sales) and Chris (financing) and each person was professional and a pleasure to talk with. I have never had a better truck buying experience!

2010 Malibu LTZ

I visited and drove a Toyota, Buick, Ford, Dodge and Honda before the Malibu. The Chevy was equal to and in some areas better than the others. Combine that GM was offering a $3,000 rebate and it was a no brainer. However, that is only part of the picture. The dealer, Thornton Chevrolet, was the most professional but also run as a family business not a corporate approach. There is a team approach that is impressive from my initial contact, Sales Consultant, General Manager, and F&I. Great experience. I highly recoment that if you are in the market for a GM, take them out for a "test drive" You won't be disapointed.

My experience in purchasing the 05 Trailblazer with Thornton Chevrolet was excellent. If you recall my profession is in purchasing and I have dealt with all kinds. Your professionalism and efforts were commendable. Usually for me buying a vehicle is like going to the dentist but only worse. You made things happen without the stress that I have been accustomed to. It all worked out and I hope it was a win win for both parties
