Lacks common courtesy and integrity

Buyer beware! They do not return calls when the day. Volkswagen Reading advertises on Edmunds.com how they sell used cars at wholesale/auction prices. If you consider pricing a car $1,000 under full retail and $5,000 over wholesale then you should shop there. Others of us just consider them to be the stereotypical car sales that lacks integrity and tells you anything! Good luck!
