good service garage worthless salesmen

went to dealer bought a used truck new to me got told by salesmen any problems call did never found any answers had to drive a hour and a half to dealer to find out this is the way it was to be this showed me salesmen did not know what he was selling and did not care after he sold it would not buy any other thing off of him so far would recommend the service department they seam friendly and knowledgeable

Lots of work with a great end result

The pandemic is causing supply problems for all car manufacturers including Ford. I wanted to order a F-150 with certain equipment thats probably not found on 95% of fords you find on dealer lots. I found out it would take an extremely long period of time for my ordered F-150 to be built and delivered because of that. The sales manager worked long and hard to find the F-150 on other dealer lots that satisfies my needs. I now have a new F-150 because of the work they did to find one for me.

2016 Ford Fusion purchase

I called and spoke with Philip Welch at Latrobe Chevrolet/Ford and told him that my lease was just about up on my 2014 Chevrolet Malibu that I leased there 4 years ago and that I was looking for a Ford Fusion-used but within 3-4 years old. They had just gotten in a 2016 Ford Fusion that was the perfect car for me! They worked out a payment that I was satisfied with and have been nothing but happy with my purchase. Will definitely recommend them to anyone I know that is looking to purchase/lease a vehicle!

When I was shopping for the ford escape I visited a few different dealerships. I knew what model I wanted and what price I wanted to pay . The other three dealerships couldn't get me to where I needed to be . The staff at Latrobe Ford was friendly and knew what they were doing . The whole process was quick and easy and they laid everything out on table to see so there was no surprises .

Excellent Service

I have a 1995 Ford Ranger that I use sparingly and simply want to maintain it. For the sixth year in a row, the staff and mechanics have been outstanding in their service.... and their straight talk. That was most appreciated. The service was always timely and efficient. I couldn't have been more satisfied. Even though it's an old vehicle, they are keeping it more that usable for another year and always make intelligent suggestions for how I can maintain the truck; just one example - the mechanic strongly suggested that since I rarely use it, that I should use a higher grade octane gas. Just little things like that have made a difference for me.
