Wonderful experience

by JoAnn on 04/05/2019

I just purchased a vehicle from John Feeny at Reedman’s Toll in Langhorne. John was very professional, courteous and did his best to make me happy with my purchase. I am extremely happy with my new car and the experience!

made me happy.

by hcho36index on 01/13/2016

I had an issue with the first vehicle I purchased but the manager John and finance person Johnathan went out of their way to address the issue. When I returned , Chris , the salesman and Debbie the finance manager couldn't have been more helpful. They turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one. I love my new car! Thanks !

Buyer Beware

by oakeydoaky7504 on 07/18/2012

The day after we took delivery of our cruze lt, we noticed the car had fender damage that some one had tried to cover up. The car was not delivered so we could inspect it in the light. When we returned the next day we were told the car would be repaired at the body shop. And the nightmare begins, 3 trips and 3 weeks mia total and the car looks like crap. Still not right with shoddy workmanship. Were really at a loss we love our GM cars, But this dealer has gone down hill...

Do Not Trust Reedman

by silverback4 on 01/02/2012

I was looking for a Corvette convertible. I saw one advertised on the internet at Reedman. I looked at the car and drove it. I was told it was a one owner, low mileage ( 14,000 mi) car with a clean Carfax, in mint condition which came with a GM Certified warranty, and a 172 point check. Since Reedman is 1 1/2 hours from my home, it was not feasible to take the car to my mechanic who was much farther away. I bought the car based on all of this information. After taking delivery, I took it to my mechanic. When he had it on a lift, he pointed out evidence of undercarriage damage, with broken parts, and evidence of numerous parts that had been replaced. Any simple check of this car on a lift to do service, or their "172 point certification check", would have revealed all this damage. When my mechanic had the car in his shop under flourescent lights, he pointed out that the hood had been repainted. I called the sales manager and he confessed that he had the hood repainted because of a "chip in the paint". I brought the car back, and their own "corvette specialist" mechanic could not explain all the damage under the car. He said it might have been a "tire failure", which was ludicrous. They attempted to make repairs, and promised to get me missing manuals for the car, and to do a front end alignment. The manuals were never delivered, and even though they had the car on two separate occasions, they never did the alignment. They obviuosly tried to hide the fact that the car had been damaged before it was sold to me. I posted this on another website for corvettes, and quite a few people there wrote about serious issues they had with Reedman as well. Do not patronize this dealer, and avoid them at all costs.
