Service All Wheel Drive System warning light

Took car in for the Service All Wheel Drive System warning light. Everything went great even though they couldn’t fix at that time and needed to order a part. Was kept informed every step of the way.

My previous Buick wasn’t purchased from Troy Alan Buick because I didn’t realize they existed, but I have always taken it there for service. Michelle and Tim in parts/service have always been wonderful. So when it came time to consider a new Buick purchase, there was no decision to be made as to where to go. It was just a given. From the day I called to set up an appointment, forward, I was treated like I was their only customer. Bill Petras was my go to. He was so knowledgeable of all aspects of the vehicle. I realize that is his job,,, but he was 100% on his game. Angela was also a part of my purchase and was very kind and helpful. Back to Bill,,, I think he was as excited about my new car as I was. I know, I know, it helped his paycheck so he had something to be excited about,,, BUT, he loved my car. He was like a child at a theme park. His excitement made me smile hard. I had one request with my purchase and that was to have a big bow on it when I picked it up as I was getting it in December 22nd. I thought Bill might go to Walmart and buy one of their big bows and stick it on the windshield. No,,, that wasn’t what happened. He contacted a friend of his at a flower shop and had a big beautiful bow made for the roof of the car. I was almost speechless when I saw it. He also had a card on the windshield which made it look just like a huge Christmas Gift. I received a “Thank You” card from Bill in the mail a few days later and a phone call a week after I picked it up just to check in and see how I was liking the car and if there were any issues. Everyone I crossed paths with during my visits and calls to Troy-Alan was professional, kind and welcoming. They also followed CDC guidelines with masks and social distancing. I highly recommend Troy-Alan Buick for all sales and service needs.

Troy-Alan being a family owned business passes that on to its customers. You are immediately made to feel comfortable while either looking for a new vehicle or stopping in to have service completed. Sales staff - Service Dept Staff - Owners - all are friendly and more than willing to help you with purchases - service etc. Highly recommend Troy-Alan to other individuals looking for either a used or new vehicle.
