I have been with Wyoming Valley BMW since 2009 and have purchased many vehicles from them but my most recent experience was the absolute best! I custom ordered a 2023 BMW x4 30i. My sales advisor, Maurice LeDoux has worked with me for many years and knew exactly what options I wanted. Working with him was phenomenal. This dealer had no allocation for an x4 but submitted my order anyway instead of turning me away. The order was accepted almost immediately and the time from order to delivery to the dealer was 21 days exactly! Then this dealership did the impossible: General Manager, Steve Ubaldini Jr., got the vehicle imputed into the system on his day off and Alicia from service got it through the service department in a matter of hours while PBMW Geniuses, Cody and Mandy activated the features on my x4. The entire process was flawless and I cannot thank everyone at the dealership enough in getting me my x4 on a Saturday (the 22nd day from order) as opposed to making me wait until Monday to pick it up. I would never buy a BMW from any other dealer. Thank you Maurice, Steve, Alicia, Cody and Mandy!

Makes you feel at home

When my wife needed a car I knew I would return to Wyoming Valley BMW. The staff and the atmosphere here are to notch and they make you feel right at home. Dalton assisted me from start to finish. Sent me the build sheet for the X5 and made sure all my taxes were right even when buying from out of state. It was well worth the drive.

We purchased a new 2022 BMW X5 from the dealer yesterday, and we were extremely pleased with the experience from beginning to end. This is the fifth BMW that we have purchased from Napleton (Wyoming Valley BMW). We have 100% of our servicing done there, as well. Tony Blasi is always our salesman, and is very honest and truly cares about his customers. We can count on Tony's integrity, whether in the sales process or any other subsequent issue. Maurice was friendly and great to work with. He was understanding when i changed my mind on the car i wanted. Some car salesmen can be pushy and uncomfortable to deal with. Maurice was the complete opposite. Will definitely buy from him in the future. Great deal on a great car at Napleton.

New BMW X5 Build with Napleton BMW

Great experience at Napleton BMW in building our new X5. Tony Blasi, Sales was great. Very professional and knows his BMW models. Quick responses to all of our questions. Very patient with the time we took to make a decision on best model for our needs. Guided us through the Build Process that allowed to get the vehicle with options we desired. No pressure from Tony or anyone else at dealership to buy a vehicle. Cody the technical advisor was great. Very helpful in explaining all features of our X5. Manager Steve Ubaldini helped finalize our deal. This is the 3rd BMW we have purchased from Tony and there will be more in the future.

I went to BMW Wyoming Valley with concerns about possible damage to my car from an item that hit my car. Even though they were short staffed because of Covid, Alecia was able to squeeze me in for a checkup. This was not an easy task for her based on how busy the day was but she did it. My car was fine & I was a grateful customer. She was professional but also kind & understanding regarding my situation. I also appreciate the car technician who thoroughly checked out my car. Alecia could have said that she couldn’t help me but she went the extra mile to relieve my concerns. I am beyond pleased with the service that she provided. Thank you Alecia!

I recently went to BMW of Wyoming Valley to buy a BMW but came home with a Mazda being sold by this dealership. My salesperson Maurice LeDoux came in on his day off to make sure I got the car that was best for me. He was absolutely phenomenal throughout the purchase in making sure I had a nice selection of vehicles to choose from. The dealership manager, Steve Ubaldini, Jr. was also instrumental in making my selection by suggesting several different makes and models to choose from. I have been buying cars from Maurice and Steve for 12 years and I would not buy from anyone except Maurice and Steve!

As many people know car buying right now is crazy. I happen to find a new X5 at Wyoming Valley BMW and it was exactly what I wanted. I inquired online and received a response almost immediatly. I worked mostly via text at first, and then when I had the info I wanted we moved into a phone call. I spoke with Dalton and he made sure my buying process was as smooth as possible. I would not hesitate to buy from him again.

Ben Helped me purchase my car. I contacted him from NJ on an X3, He set up all the expectations and scheduled a time for me to stop in to see and drive the car.
