This is our second time we have purchased cars from Bonner very happy with the sales team and service. This visit my Wife and I purchased 2 cars were so happy with them at Bonner.

Worst experience ever!

They outright lied to me. I am still in shock at how they handled everything. I made certain to ask about any additional fees/taxes associated with the purchase before signing anything, and I have their response in writing that there would not be. Then, when I went to register my new vehicle I got hit with a surprise $1900 tax! When I called Bonner to fix this, they basically told me I had to deal with it. They are liars and cheats. I will never buy anything from them again, nor would I advise anyone else to do so. I will continue to tell anyone willing to listen how dishonest and horrible this dealership is.

2015 Chevy Equinox-metalic red

Tom Crossin is a great salesman and knew what we wanted in a car. he had one ready for us when we went in to see him. We have been purchasing Chevrolets for 47 years at Bonner and would not think of going anywhere else.

2015 new Chevy Suburban Problems

GM Brand new suburban $66.000 and it has a broken seat, rattles really bad over any rough road, very noisy inside cab with windows up. NEVER should have left factory with these problems after waiting 6 months for vehicle. Bonner is the only reason I would consider buying a GM car again. Very good customer service and convenience.
