Good service advisors, but the service department as a whole here is sub-par. They don't offer loaner vehicles to anyone who doesn't buy a car from this location. So, you could have just purchased a 80k car from a different dealer, moved here, and you will pay to rent a car if you bring it here for service longer than a quick oil change. Almost every dealer on any car, even small mom and pop shops will give u a car to use when you are getting work done. Called 4 other close dealers and they all think it's a stupid policy. Basically, it's a very small dealer and don't expect red carpet brand representation, expect the feel of a small used car dealer. I'm held hostage to this shop through my warranty but will use others whenever it's possible until they change.
