Great service

Great experience working with Greg! He took the time to give us all the car details and gave us the time to decide what worked best for us, get me in the car I wanted and the terms I could afford. Dan, who took us thru the paperwork, explained and answered all questions also made it easy. When you first decide to look into buying a car there is the concern over who you can trust, i would say the team we worked with earned our trust and total recommendation.

They've earned a lifetime customer

I walked into the dealership know which car I wanted, had my financing already taken care of, etc. Gregg was extremely helpful from the time I initially emailed the dealership until he handed me the keys to my vehicle. Friendly service, and they don't go out of their way to sell you what you don't want. As my dad said, "Gregg is one of the two car salesmen I've ever met that i actually liked." This, of course, coming from a man who worked in dealerships for almost 15 years. My stepmom plans on coming in when she needs to replace her car because we were so impressed with their service.

Great Experience and Customer Service!

We purchased a 2016 Mazda 6 Sport from Faulkner Mazda. We received excellent customer service due to the salesman with whom we worked! He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. In addition, he was not "pushy" at all. (A quality which we do not appreciate in a salesperson!) We also came across a few other employees whom were also nice with whom to work. A good price was also offered! Although the exact car was not on the lot, the dealership was able to get the car the very next day and had it ready for us to take home. Great experience and a great car!!

It was worth flying 3000 miles for the used MX-5

Everything went smoothly. I wanted to buy an used MX-5 and drive it back to California - that's 3000miles. After research I've chosen Faulkner Mazda as the dealership with the best reviews. I called them and Gregg honestly explained me the history of the car, that it had a severe accident, but it's rebuilt and fine now. I put the phone down. After two days I've called them back that I want the car. It was the best decision of my winter. When I flight over to Harrisburg, everything was ready, they took great care of me offering water, coffee and telling me more about the car. And the car was marvelous. I was driving this convertible non-stop across USA through one digit temperatures, snow storm, rain storm and tough uphill. No problems at all. And the price was just great. I would do it again.

Disastified customer

I purchased an 02 Honda Civic from Faulkner Mazda on April 4th. At the time of purchase I was told that it would need $800 in repairs which I was okay with. They also provided me with a list of the necessary repairs. I was also told that the car had had an oil change prior to pick up. Three days later the check engine light came on. It was the thermostat which I knew about. It was replaced. The next day the light came on again and we replaced the spark plugs. I did not know about this. A few days later it was on again for the ignition coil. I then had it inspected and was advised that the car would also needs all of its belts and the water pump replaced. Oh and by the way the oil has not been changed....These items were not on the list so I asked the dealership why. They apologized for missing those items but that seems to be all they have to offer. How an apology is supposed to help I just don't know. On the oil change issue: Of course your next oil change is free. Is it any wonder why I am a very disastified customer?

Couldn't be happier!!!!

Just traded in my 2010 Mazda 3 for a new 2012 Mazda 3 from Jessie M. at Faulkner Mazda. I had a great experience. I told him exactly what I wanted and he just made it happen. Jessie was very thorough with all of the paperwork and with showing me all of the new features of the car. He took his time so I did not feel rushed and answered all of my questions. He was a pleasure to work with. When I get the itch to purchase a newer model in a few years, I will be calling Jessie, without a doubt.
