Far and away the best new-car buying experience I have EVER had! I will definitely be returning to Gene Latta Ford, and I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. Every step of my experience was met with responsiveness from the sales team. From Chris Topper responding to my questions via the Internet to Ken Brittain's patience showing me a number of vehicles to meet my needs, I thoroughly enjoyed working with this team. Ken is a rockstar; he is knowledgeable about the vehicles and most importantly to me, he respected my time. He was able to ask a few questions about what I wanted and then to show and speak to me about a number of options and the benefits of each vehicle. Once I had a decision on the vehicle I wanted -- the 2016 Escape SE 2.0L -- he helped me select options and located the exact car I wanted. It was at a nearby dealership. Ken was able to secure the vehicle and arrange delivery the following day. Dusty Bender, the seals manager, was lightening fast in securing an outstanding financing option for me. Brian Staub, the finance manager, walked me through all the paperwork in less than 20 minutes. All told, I spent about three hours total - discussing options, test driving several vehicles, selecting options, completing paperwork, taking delivery, and then getting a top to bottom tutorial on my new car.
