Colonial Volkswagen

We went in to buy a new car....it wasn't something they had in stock....we negotiated a price....gave a 1500.00 deposit....and were told that it would be in within a few days. We called several times over the next MONTH (most calls unanswered) and finally received a call that our car was in. We tried to call back 3 times to schedule a time to go in and to make sue it was indeed there....no call backs once again(they either don't listen to voicemail or choose to ignore it). We finally arrived there to find the sales reps outside BBQing (nice day...no big deal....but clearly no work going on at this place...very unprofessional) and we nicely asked our Sales rep for our car....he asked the other reps to hold off on his hot dog and he went to retrieve our car. 10 minutes later, he arrived with the exact same car that he had tried to sell us 1 month prior when we first went there (it was a White S model with no sunroof....we wanted a BLACK SE model w/ panoramic sunroof....complete opposite cars!). It was almost comical and absolutely unbelievable!!!! They wasted 1 month of our time and held our $1500.00 the whole time without ever calling us back and then they flat out LIED and said our car was there! HAHAHAHA! I can laugh now, because I am driving my new car exactly how I ordered it from a nearby dealership....got a better deal too! And had it 48 hours later! Colonial VW is a complete joke! Stay away!
