2012 Nissan Rogue SV

by JohnMc912 on 01/15/2015

I appreciated all of my salesperson's (Ryan) efforts to answer my questions, educate me about the used 2012 Nissan Rogue SV and work with me to get the best price for my Rogue. Upon my discovery of extensive small dings and dents on the hood of my car at settlement (concealed by a layer of snow), the Sales Manager, Jeffrey, quickly and decisively resolved my concerns. He provided a loaner car and promised to have the car hood repaired and repainted. As it turns out, they installed a new car hood. I am impressed. Overall, my car buying experience with my salesperson and the Exton Nissan staff was a professional and accommodating one. I will definitely recommend their dealership to friends and family.

Exton Nissan excels in customer delight.

by vrj012 on 12/29/2014

From Sales to Service….. the experience at Exton Nissan continually exceeds your expectation. The moment the Sales manager Jeff greets you there is a feeling of trust established. The professionalism coupled with the “your among friends” atmosphere builds a rapport you rarely feel as a customer…… At Exton Nissan you’re not merely a customer, your family…… And the team isn’t happy until you are happy. My sales person Liz quickly understood my needs and budget… And before I knew I was test driving a car I loved that fit my budget….. Since I was coming down to the show room they fit my son’s car in for maintenance so I wouldn’t have to make an extra trip……. Proactive and customer centric!!!!!! In my professional life I’m driven to provide customer satisfaction… So I know what a good customer experience feels like……. At Exton Nissan you receive customer DELIGHT!!!! Thank you Bush family and Exton Team…. Yours truly Exton Nissan Lifer!

Thank you Ryan! I salute you.

by sailor_rosas on 12/24/2014

Let me begin by saying that I am a sailor in the US Navy. My wife and I live in West Chester, but I was stationed in Pensacola, FL. My wife and I needed a new car which is where Exton Nissan and Ryan Ramberger came in. They spent nearly an entire day walking her through the used and new car lots, discussing financing options, and special discounts. Not only that, but they were extremely patient as my wife called and updated me every step of the way. Even though I was 1100 miles away, I felt as though nothing was being left out. I was so happy we ended up purchasing a 2015 Nissan Altima! I love my new car and the deal we got. Thank you do much!!!

Go see Dan

by VinnyP90 on 12/21/2014

I went to Exton Nissan to trade in my 03 accord for something new. Dan immediately worked with my budget that I had, showed me a pre-owned car that was both reliable and affordable, and even made the process rather quick. If you want a great deal with a salesperson who will respect your time, go see him!

The Best Car Buying Experience!

by sport18 on 12/13/2014

I traveled 2 hours for the perfect car and received that and more with amazing service! My salesman Michael Goldman made the purchasing process painless. Chuck Desantis the GM offer to do the touch up work on my car and delivered the car to my home in MD, this is the definition of customer service!

"Bait and Switch", condescending and unorganized

by sabine4 on 12/02/2014

Do yourself a favor and find a different dealer to buy a car. Made an appointment to see a used Lincoln Aviator for 6pm. Spoke with the internet person to verify the car was there, and was told it would be ready for a test drive that evening. Received a confirmation of my appointment at 4.45pm. Arrived at 6.20pm, only to be told that car was not on site. Then I was told car sold 2 hours ago. Considering I had come with pages of research on that car and ready to buy that particular car that night, I was very upset about having wasted my time and special coordination to make it to this particular dealership. A single phone call that car sold would have saved us a lot of time. The car had been listed for 45 days and was a good price, and I thought it sounded fishy that suddenly "the car sold two hours ago", but was still listed on the internet. I demanded to speak with a manager, who then told me that they posted the car on ebay for auction. I asked to see the auction, but they told me they couldn't close it early to sell me a car. I told them you can easily close an auction early as I had been an ebay seller myself, but they weren't willing to do this. Furthermore, they then couldn't find the actual auction. By this time, I was extremely upset, and the people I spoke with got more and more condescending ("We can't hold a car for anybody"). I strongly suspect this car was a "bait and switch" tactic to get you into the dealership with a good offer and then try to sell you something else. Especially since the car is still listed on the internet the following day....anyway, we went to Scott Honda Select in West Chester that same night, and drove off with a beautiful Hyandai Santa Fe with low mileage and great price. The dealership stayed open late to accommodate us and complete the sale, we were treated like valued customers and not like people taking a number at the meat counter. The whole transaction was smooth, our sales person was amazing, and the contrast in experience to Nissan Exton was like night and day. If you are looking for a wonderful car buying experience, Nissan Exton shouldn't be on your list.

The Best Nissan Leaf Lease in TRI-STATE

by drexelhill1 on 11/02/2014

Our lease of 2015 Nissan Leaf was a very pleasant experience. From the fair price to delivery was all accomplished quickly and professionally. We are pleased to recommend Exton Nissan Team as a preferred dealer. I have been shopping to lease a 2015 Nissan Leaf and the best buying and leasing experience I found at Exton Nissan. Sales Team including Amit, Chuck and Sean gave me the best lease rate in Tri-State. Thanks to the Finance manager Amit for the deal we could not refuse. Highly Recommend A++++++++++++++++++++

LIARS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

by Awiest87 on 05/09/2014

I traded my nice, reliable Mazda 3 for a used Equinox less than 2 months ago because I needed something bigger for my expected child. Ever since I drove it off the lot it had a nasty hesitation under acceleration. I called the sales manager and he said it was under warranty and to bring it to my closest chevy dealer. But it was not covered. Chevy dealer found that it was a misfire so the warranty company would not cover it and I got stuck with a 150 dollar diagnosis bill. I call Exton Nissan AGAIN and talk to the sales manager explaining what had happened and it was not covered. He says "SURE! We'll take care of it for you, bring it down!" So I drive an hour back to the dealer and he tells it's going to cost 550 to fix. "Taking care of it" coming from the GM typically doesn't mean PAY OUT THE REAR to fix a car you JUST BOUGHT. SO not only was I lied to but I was n't even offered a test drive before I bought the car, I didn't think much of it as I had already driven an Equinox and knew what they drove like but obviously they were hiding the issue the vehicle had and now refuse to fix it. DO NOT BUY FROM EXTON NISSAN!!!

Turned a lease in on a new lease the dealership was supposed to pay the remaining 3payments of the old lease which we are still trying to get them to do and it's been 4 months because of this the balance has been placed in collections and the Manager keeps lying about having this taken care of. We are now at the point to where they won't even return phone calls. This is the worst dealership I've ever done business with and will continue to spread the word of how horrible the customer service is. They will tell you anything to make the sale then if you need anything good luck because they don't care.

Bait and switch

by bigven on 01/15/2014

So I bought a car not even 90 days ago. so far this car has been back there a couple times to have it fixed, it now has something wrong with car, so I call a different dealership to get if fixed, they ran the VIN number and say I don't have a warranty, exton Nissan never told me this nor was I offered a warranty on the car, I got a warranty that covers the wheel and interior but NOTHING else, Talk about getting snowballed, I call them and they say o well you can buy one now!!!!! is this how Nissan operates? They don't car they just want to make a sale? Ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!! Notthing was explained correctly, who buys a warranty for 5 years on rims but not the car itself

Price scammers and [non-permissible content removed]

by Gzman13 on 01/07/2014

I brought in their internet car Ad, and when we were discussing the price, they stated that I missed the $2000 footnote on the website, the sales [non-permissible content removed] john m even showed me the website. BUT it was not a real website, it was an internal website they were using to scam people! I used my smartphone to show him the real online Ad and stated that if they don't honor this pricing then we no longer have anything to talk about. Amazing how the $2000 suddenly disappeared from the negotiations. Also, if you do buy from here, because you can press them hard for a good price, make sure you get both sets of keys for your car. The [non-permissible content removed] sales man failed to notify me that the used car I purchased only had 1 key, even though during the test drive he stated he had both keys. We argued about this as well, he gave me his "word" that it would be taken care of, still need to get the second key from them. Should have it this weekend, but lesson learned (relearned) is that you need to verify everything with the [non-permissible content removed] and get everything in writing. Shop around, know the price range for the car you want, then go in and hammer these punks. Also, everyone of the sales managers in this place are [non-permissible content removed]. They lie, have zero integrity, and do not qualify as decent human beings. They try to tack on extra costs every chance they get. Buy from another dealer, these guys are all shady.

I went to Exton to find a used car that I seen on the internet. When I arrived at the dealership they advised that the price of the car was reduced. By the time I was able to sign the contract they had a new finance manager who was absolutely rude. She snapped at the salesman in front of his customer?? That is not professional at all. She would not honor the initial sale price on the vehicle. She also promised a full gas tank because of all the trips I had to take to close the deal and never fulfilled her promise. The worst experience ever. I've never seen such rude customer service. They never gave me my sales folder that included my free oil change. When I asked to read over what I was signing she got agitated and actually had an attitude with me. WORST EXPERIENCE!! SAVE YOUR TIME

Don't trust them!!

by angrybird5 on 08/02/2013

Don't buy any Nissan extended warranty from them. They charged me $1500. I called other Nissan dealer. They offered me about $1000 for the same package. I tried to cancel it at Exton Nissan. They said I had to bring my car for inspection in other dealers and price would be changed/higher. Other dealerships do not require it because my car is brand new!

GREAT EXPERIENCE at Exton Nissan

by vgirjp on 12/27/2012

I recently purchased a new Maxima from Exton Nissan. Lincoln O. was my salesman. He really listened to what type of features were most important to me, recommended that we test drive four different vehicles to make sure I knew the pros/cons of each. Then he found the perfect Maxima with just the right amount of gadgets for me! I previously leased two other vehicles from the prior owners of this dealership and had to "play hardball" in order to get a half-decent deal each time. But this negotiation (with the new owners) was so much easier. Based on this latest experience, I highly recommend Exton Nissan!

Excellent Dealer Experience

by granville1 on 12/07/2012

I recently purchased a Nissan Frontier truck from Exton Nissan. The dealer experience was the best that I have ever encountered. The sales rep was knowledgable, friendly, courteous and not the least bit pushy. At no time did I experience any of the pressure tactics which I have come to expect from my previous encounters with other dealers. This dealership is at the top of my list when I have to purchase another vehicle.

Best car dealership experience ever

by giustino on 11/12/2012

I recently leased a 2013 Altima from Exton Nissan, working with Steve K. Both he and the dealer's other representatives were a breadth of fresh air, offering no exaggerated claims or come ons, but deliverying on all their promises. I have dealt with at least a dozen dealers before Exton; none have measured up to their standard.

Just bought a car there. Smooth Transaction

by zxpatric on 09/14/2012

We just had a great experience there. The whole process is easy. We first negotiate a price with Allison (a very nice professional lady later we met) and took the offered price to the dealership. Allison met us at the gate and Adam took over from there. Adam knows car well and knows Nissan especially well. After testing drive the new car, signed bunch of paper and check, hesitated over extended warranty, and finally drove the car home happily. Very smooth transaction, sweet internet quote, knowledgeable car sell representative, highly recommended.

Good experience. Love my new car!

by kim255 on 04/09/2012

I had a few cars in mind when I came to the dealership but none of them ended up being what I wanted. I expressed this to Rod and he made some suggestions I hadn't considered and I found a car that I love! I had a good experience and it was stress free. Thanks!

Very poor customer service

by jlg28 on 12/10/2011

My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing. I found a car on the autotrader website that was exactly what I was looking for. It was located at the Exton Nissan dealership. I called and spoke to Sam Fowler at the dealership who told me the car was still available. I explained to him that I would be coming from Baltimore and may not be able to make it there until the following day because I needed to go to my credit union to get approval for the car loan. I got the approval and my father took off work for the following day as I wanted him to come with me to get the car. The next morning I called the dealership at 11:30 am. Sam was off for the day so my call was transfered to another sales associate, Brianna. I explained to Brianna that I had been dealing with Sam and that I wanted to make sure the car was still available before I left to make the 2 hour trip. She assured me it was available so I told her I was leaving Baltimore then and would be there in about 2 hours. She said verbatim "Ok, I'll have the car ready for you". So I packed up my 3 month old baby and my father and I left. We arrived at the dealership at 2:00 pm and ask for Brianna, as she told me to do. She was working with another customer so another woman offered to show us the car while we waited. We were then taken to a customer waiting area. Through the window we saw the woman walk across the parking lot to the car I was there for. She looked at it, turned around and walked back into the building. We figured maybe she took the wrong keys or something. After about 5 minutes we saw her exit again and walk across the parking lot, only this time she brought back a black Nissan Maxima instead of the white Acura TL that I was there for. She came in and told us "the Acura actually has been sold, someone put a deposit on it this morning." She then tried to appease me by telling me about the Nissan Maxima, which I was not interested it. At this point I thought there must be a mistake. I had called at 11:30 am and was told by Brianna that the car was still available and I told her I was on my way to get the car. Seeing how clearly upset I was, the woman said she would get a manager. After a few minutes my father and I walked over to where the woman was standing, talking to Brianna. When I confronted Brianna about the situation and ask her why she had told me the car was still available and that she would "have it ready for me" she was very dismissive and said that she thought it had been available when we spoke but that they have 2 other locations so basically it wasn't her fault. The manager then came out and his greeting to my father and I was "heard you had a stroke of bad luck". He was incredibly nonchalant and not at all apologetic. He said that he couldn't nullify the deposit that had been put on the car. When I told him I didn't feel that "bad luck" was the issue but rather incompetence on Brianna's part, he literally shrugged his shoulders. The 3 employees stood there just staring at us, not offering to do anything at all to try to rectify the situation. My father and I left disgusted with what had just happened. I had just wasted an hour and half in the credit union the day before, drug my infant out in the cold weather for a 2 hour drive with tolls and the high price of gas and my father had taken off work to get this car, only to be told it wasn't even available. I had put a lot of work into getting this vehicle. Someone at that dealership had dropped the ball. While I do understand that things happen, my problem is with the way the situation was handled, or rather NOT handled. I was under the assumption that Brianna saying she would "have the car ready for me"  meant she would hold the car for the 2 hours it took me to drive there. She never once mentioned me needing to put a deposit on the car to hold it for the 2 hours (which I would have done). I feel my father and I were treated very disrespectfully. The  couldn't-care-less attitude of Brianna and the manager was completely unacceptable. We didn't even receive an apology. It wasn't like I was screaming or making a scene so I don't understand why the manager didn't offer to do anything at all to work with me. Obviously this dealership didn't want or need my business. I went there with every intention of buying a car from them. Of course I was very disappointed, I really wanted that car. But even more than that I was frustrated with how this dealership conducts business, very poor customer service.
