Had a great experience buying a car through Rocky Ridge, not only did I get a great car for a decent price, but they gave me more than I was hoping for on my trade in. Would definitely plan on buying from them again.

From the first message sent, to signing the loan(s), the staff there made everything super easy, fast and most importantly, stress free! There was absolutely no pressure from the test drive all the way through the "add-ons" during the signing process. They just offered and if we didn't want it, that was fine, we moved on. We were hands down not the easiest customer(s) to deal with due to my good credit score, but had some issues years ago, that the banks didn't care for. Even after we left the lot knowing I wasn't approved and were pretty much dead in the water, our salesman Mike continued to work on it and think outside the box. He worked with the "finance guy" Travis (not sure the proper title, sorry Travis!) And got us not 1, but 2 phenomenal interest rates that I've personally never have seen in real life, lol. So I found the most beautiful truck I had ever laid eyes on, on cargurus. Decided to send a message and inquire about it. I got a very fast response and set up a time to go look at it. The pictures online, did almost no justice to just how beautiful this truck actually was. It was love at first site and marriage was inimment. While there, my fiancée (who wasn't really car shopping) also saw a car that was pretty nice and decided to test drive it. Not only were the cars very nice, low milage and high quality, I think alot of our overall decision came down to how well we were treated by everyone at the dealership. We ended up buying 2 cars that we both love and will have a very long time. I've been to many dealers over the years, just like most people. I've bought trucks, beater cars, luxury cars (audi, Benz, bmw), motorcycles, you name it. Ive only ever been to 1 other dealer where i/we were treated as friendly and as good as we were at rocky ridge. I can not say it enough. They jumped through hopes, got answers on questions that aren't typical questions and worked with us. WE WILL BE BACK FOR FUTURE BUSINESS, no doubt about it! Thank you, Mike, Travis and Jeremy. You guys went above and beyond for us to make sure we got what we wanted, for as good of a price as we could get. Given the current circumstances! Thank you!

Kim was the sales person helping my wife & me. He responded to a cars.com inquiry I had made about availability and we ended up at the dealership around 4pm on a Friday evening. We took a quick test drive and drove home in our new car about an hour later. No hassle, no high pressure sales pitches. All in all a very good experience!

The whole car buying experience can be daunting; especially when you're from out of town. However, the folks at Rocky Ridge were honest and explained the car buying process and answered all of my questions regarding the car's history, the no-haggle price and fees. Kim was true to his word which is very important to me and his honesty helped me make my decision. I purchased my 2016 Toyota Avalon and have been pleased with it.

These people are awesome! They won't take you to a back room to upsell you . friendly service and a wide variety of cars and trucks. they always get me a lower interest rate than my bank
