Worst Dealership in PA

High pressure sales techniques abound. No pricing provided at all until you complete a credit report. If you really really push them for a number you will get the MSRP. This dealership has no concept of fair pricing. Used cars are poorly pre-inspected and dealership does not support what they sell. Buyer beware

Avoid this dealer!!!!

If your trying to buy a car or looking for a car. Heres a tip avoid this dealer, take my advise it will save you time,money. They are not honest and they won't fully inform you of the car your looking for. Too many tricks, they say they're there to help you but it's lies.

Horrible experience

This dealership should be avoided. The never paid my trade in off. I had no idea they didn't until two months later in which I was refused a loan for a two months past due loan. It took a week for them to return my calls. I called five times over four days, and the dealer I was buying from called twice. He promised he would pay it off the next day and would forward me the check number, and tracking number. He never did, and the collection calls continue. Stay away from this dealer. Look at all their negatives.

Life saver!

Josh Bogart is who we dealt with for our new pre-owned car. He went out of his way to get us on the road the same day!!!! Truth be told my credit is not great but that 2016 for focus he got us into is, go see him at Brown Daub Kia! You won't be disappointed!

Safer car for the family!

I needed something safer and more reliable than my old clunker. The problem I was having is that I owed too much on my trade and most dealers told me they couldn't help me. Not Josh! He helped me get into a brand new SUV and gave me way more for my trade than anyone else! Now my family is safe and comfortable.

Love my new Niro.

Stopped in earlier to get my family's 3rd Kia. We met Josh and he was great. I thought for sure he get annoyed doing 4 test drives but he didn't! We ended up leasing a new Niro and love it! The payments are awesome, less that we were expecting! The car is awesome and the gas mileage is incredible!

Dog and pony show

We visited Brown Daub Kia this past weekend looking to purchase a new Kia Sorento. We had a good experience at brown Daub in 2015 when we purchased our last sorento, and we were hoping for a repeat performance. Boy, were we disappointed. First, Sarah, the salesperson was great, but she obviously had no power or authority to give us any pricing information. After our test drive, we asked her the price of the car we wanted and she disappeared into the "back room" for about ten minutes and returned with the sticker price of the vehicle, which of course, we knew from the Kia website. We then asked her for her best price on the vehicle, and she again disappeared into the back room, this time for about twenty minutes. When she returned, she brought with her the sales manager, who offered us $500 off the MSRP, which is the weekend promotion offfered by Kia. He gave us a speech about how Kia doesn't give them much margin, and that was the best they could do, they pressured us into deciding whether we wanted to do the 0% financing or the $3,000 rebate with higher interest. I told him we couldn't make a decision until we had all of the information, including the purchase price of the car and the trade allowance. He was really hesitant about giving us any information. When we told him we wanted our keys back and we would go somewhere else, they actually brought out another sales manager. I told them if they couldn't give us the information we were requesting, we were leaving. He was really trying to pin us down into a monthly payment, but I wasn't happy with the "offer" they were presenting. There was no negotiating, it was more like they were trying to bully us into a deal. Eventually, we did get our keys back and left. We then went to another dealer, made a deal and drove off the lot with a new car later that evening. Brown Daub was a total disappointment and waste of our time.

I stopped in looking for a newer vehicle and Josh jumped at the opportunity. He was very approachable and very easy to talk to. I did not feel cornered at all. He knew the ins and outs of the used and new vehicles on the lot and gave me a lot of information to go forward with. I will be coming back!

Stay away

Long story short. Called ahead with questions about a particular type of car. Discussed at length with rwp and informed him of our price range, down payment and type of vehicle. Showed up at dealership after being told there were several vehicles we were interested in at my daughters price point. They had not one Rio5 on the lot and then.proceeded to try and sell us something different that was way out of her price range. Left extremely frustrated.
