This dealer had a hard to find used car with barley any miles on it. I spoke with a account manager the first day who directed me to a sales person. The sales person was very helpful and took additional photos of the vehicle for me. He also faxed me carfax and service info on it including what they did. Needless to say, I did ship the car over 2000 miles to my home and it was just as they described. I did a lot of home work on this dealer and nothing but positives to speak of it before, during and after the process. The car was detailed perfectly inside (outside was dirty due to shipping on a carrier and that is understandable). The paperwork was sent via overnight service with a return envelope. This was the EASIEST transaction and I never even set foot in the dealership. I took my car to a local dealer who verified that the car was infact serviced as they said, everything checked out 100%. They were flexible in price and were very professional, my only complaint: I wish they were my local dealer!
