Terrible Service

The sales experience could have been better as I did not reeeive what was promised on time. That being said, the service department has terrible customer service skills and does not know how to try the customer. They have no empathy for the cutler or his her needs. Once the sale is complete, forget any help from your sales person.

Super easy transaction

Elliot and the team at Lancaster Mazda where super friendly and easy to deal with. I hate hate hate car shopping and having to haggle. After our mazda3 was totaled we went in with a firm budget of what we could afford. The team worked with us and got us in our new Mazda5 below budget!! We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the service we received. We look forward to dealing with Elliot and the team at lancaster mazda when we decide to buy our next mazda!

I purchased a used car from Lancaster Mazda over the internet without EVER setting foot in the dealership (I live in South Carolina). They had the car shipped to my home. The pricing was accurate, they did not play games, and the whole experience was extremely pleasant. Highly recommended dealer.
