As always - they always go the extra mile!!!

by RedBarJetta on 03/11/2015

I bought my first D'Ambrosio car - a '97 Neon in 1997 from Bob Whelan - let's just say he's no longer green around the gills like he was 18 years ago. He's a friendly, no-nonsense guy who lets the customer drive the deal. Knowledgeable, and if he doesn't know, he doesn't pretend to - he asks. Met Neil Pufko when he was Sales Manager at the Frazer Suzuki Automobiles location 4 years ago...he's another up-front guy with the right answer at the right time...very considerate about changing needs, deals that evolve over time, a unique ability to adjust to the whims of the customer on the fly...and always works for win-win situations, regardless of complexity. My used '07 VW Jetta purchase was seamless....from the test-drive Saturday just before closing...to delivery this afternoon (3 days including headlight-lens polishing and rear-tire matching)!!! Eighteen short years ago, Jeff D'Ambrosio handed my wife and I $75 for dinner when my "green" salesman didn't have our paperwork ready upon our arrival - he lucked-out this time around - can you imagine what he'd have to fork over with inflation? Trust and respect are a two-way street at Jeff's dealerships...it's refreshing. Personally, I'm a customer for life. You should be too - even if you don't make Danny cringe like I do when you stop in. Best Always, A. E., Jr. P.S. I'm often asked what brings me in...its the balloons!!! ;)

Great Buying Experience

by jsl229 on 10/17/2014

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Salesman (Dave) was professional, honest, & caring. Took time to listen to my needs and wants; then made a diligent effort to find the right car at the right deal. Manager & Finance person were no pressure or hype. Lots of extras and customer niceties (canvas bag(s) to facilitate moving from old car to new, document case, free car wash, etc.). Everyone I met at this dealership was focused on making this purchase a pleasant experience.

Great Cars Great Prices

by kevmacm on 03/31/2011

Fourth vehicle bought from this dealership. Most recently my wife and I bought 2 Outlander Sports. We did test drive the Sportage and liked the car but the dealership (Kia of Coatesville) seemed to be taking advantage of us. I honestly feel as though I took advantage of Jeff when we made our deal on our Outlander Sports. Each time I leave Jeff's I feel like I got a good car at a very good price. They are very willing to work with your situation.

World-Class [violative content deleted]

Even for car dealers, D'Ambrosio are low. They will lie about what cars they have in inventory, including dummying up non-existent cars on their website (sometimes the pictures don't even match the vehicle they are describing). Their whole goal is to get you to drive as far as possible into their dealership, so they can unload the out-of-date and low-end vehicles that they actually have on their lot. Considering Mitsubishi only sold 3000 cars total in the entire United States, this is no way to win back customers...

Will never buy from them again

by mradcliffe on 08/01/2008

My husband and I bought a 2009 Lancer and the sevice we had was horrible. We were looking at purchising the car threw another Mitsubishi dealership but they refused to transfer the car to the dealership closer to our home. So we had to drive 80 miles, and when they got their the car dealer that we were talking to on the phone went home early (after he knew we were coming). So we purchased the car with another sales rep. We negotiated the price and signed the paper work, well to our suprise they fired the sales rep the next day and sent us a new contract with the car price being $2,000 more then the car price that we agreed upon. I called down and apparently the finatial rep Lenny said that the car price was more because he added a warrenty that we already told the first girl that we didn't want. So now a 3rd contract was sent to us with the correct price and Lenny said to send a payment with the new contract. We did (ups overnight servise too) and now 2 weeks later we get a call from the bank saying that they never received the payment. So now I have to send out another payment to the bank and order a stop payment on the origional check (which is going to coast us more money). I will never buy another car from them again and I'm going to be telling everyone I know not to waste their time with any of the D'Ambrosio dealerships, if they try to rip people off at this one then I'm sure they will do it to all the rest.
