The entire Bobby Rahal sales staff was outstanding. Mark, my sales consultant, kept me informed on every step of the production process. He went out of his way to communicate with me and really helped to keep the "anxiety level" down to a minimum. Due to my special requests, the 540i had to be special ordered from Germany and it showed up with exactly the color, interior and other features that I expected. Buying from Bobby Rahal BMW was a real joy.
