onMy issue is not with the sales staff but, with the dealership mangement.
My wife and I decided to purchase a newer family car so as responsible consumers we diligently spent hours searching the internet, selecting possible cars and comparing the values that each of our finds offered. We found such a vechicle at Mike Kelly Chevrolet., We found this car listed on Auto Trader and also on the dealrship's web site as a used 2014 Impala, it offered the mileage and the price range that we were looking for. I called the dealership and was connected to a sales person, Judd Covert, who I must say was very professional. I called to confirm that the car was still available and was told it was. I then made arrangements to come to the dealership to view and test drive the car. My wife and I were both delighted with the car..
After finding the car advertised at two different internet sites and researching the car we were informed that the car was incorrectly advertised, really? This appears to be a simple case of "Bait and switch," though we did not purchase anything at all.
How could a car be submitted for advertisement on two different web sites not be reviewed for correctness by the one submitting it, the person publishing it, the management that directed it to be posted or any member of the dealership's leadership failed to review thier material which was put out for all to see.
We will not be returning here.
