After buying a Jeep Wrangler for my wife in April, my own car just didn’t cut it anymore. I went back to look for a cheaper car for me. I looked at the 2018 Renegade but found it was more expensive than I wanted and also a little small. Tony Test Drive searched the lot and found a new 2017 Compass which was larger and after some discussion, I got a price that made it too attractive to pass up. Laura Beers, the delivery coordinator, arranged a loaner while my sunroof was installed and went over all the features of the new car. She even went over additional items after I left the lot

When I tell you the experience here is painful I mean it. Although they might get your price right, the sales people are terrible in terms of customer care. Also, thanks for telling me that my Juke should only take 91 or above gas.. had to find out 3 weeks later from another car dealer. Also, they messed up my title registration in 2015 and didn’t notify me until 2017 when the car the messed my numbers up with happen to be in an accident and they realized the VIN numbers were registered wrong. A title clerk has one job... couldn’t even get that right.

I got the price I wanted, but after the sale my sales person Brandon vanished. When I went to sit with the finance guy, he wasn't prepared at all, they were still needed to verify income after we sat there for 6 hours. They own me money, and a part needs to be fixed on the car but can't give me a time frame as to when. If you don't care about the follow up, this is the place for you. If you want customer service and a good experience for somewhere else. Oh yea, don't bother calling the GM Don Boyle, he doesn't care either. Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership.

These folks will offer you very low ball for your trade, and tell you if you don't like it to go elsewhere. I even said I was shopping here because I liked the color they had better. So I was said to be a little color blind and buy the other car. Arrogance in business is not attractive. I'm a sales executive for a multi billion dollar company and I would fire sales reps for this kind of arrogance.

Hector and Matt provided a great buying experience for us. No pressure, just a good buying experience where they listened to our needs and did their best to satisfy them. We were there on a very busy day, and despite the fact that we had to wait a bit to close everything, they kept us informed along every step of the process. Don't mind waiting a bit if everyone is up front and doing their best to keep you informed and comfortable.

Our sales person Efrain L was very helpful in answering our questions and had a great deal of knowledge of the vehicle we eventually leased. I returned to Rothrock after buying a Town and Country 5 years ago. They really helped my growing family back then on the mini-van when we were in a bad situation (underwater lease on a Camry that lost huge value very quickly). Even the Toyota dealer was not interested in working with us on the Camry they leased to us, but Rothrock did, and worked a win-win deal. This time, I was looking to buy a sedan, so I shopped around and looked at other makes/models. I finally got to Rothrock and drove an Altima, which I really liked. The pricing they gave me was excellent, and beat all of the other dealers/makes. I still pushed a bit (as we all do) and the sales staff was excellent, never lost the smile on their faces and were very professional. (I actually had a Toyota guy a few days earlier lose his temper with me in a similar negotiation, tell me that "your problem is you won't let the dealer make money".) Not the case at Rothrock Nissan. I can't say enough about the team over at Rothrock, and am only disappointed in myself that I wasted so much time shopping around. I won't make the same mistake in the future, and will go right to Rothrock!!

I loved the service I received at Rothrock! This was my first car and I needed to explore my options and see what I really needed in person. Donny was a great salesman and worked patiently with me with my many questions about how much everything was and how my college grad discount worked. He let me think about it for a few days and I even went to see what other dealers had to offer but none of them had the exact car I found at Rothrock. All I needed was a great price, which they gave me and I was sold! All the guys were very helpful in explaining all the warranties and how much everything would be! It was a great experience and I can't wait to go back to get my car serviced!

I had visited Rothrock's a few times in the past when looking for a new vehicle, and was never able to close a deal. This time was very different, From the time I had arrived at the dealership I felt very comfortable. I was greeted by George who told me he was a salesman in training. George went out of his way to show us our new Nissan Rogue. Throughout the discussion of price, George referred us to Kevin to close the deal. Rothrock's delivered on all the promises on the deal. They even delivered my previous car to another dealership. I was very satisfied with my sales experience. Unfortunately I Noticed a scratch in the from bumper so I will need to get them to look at it and get it repaired. I am sure I should be treated with the same care I had when I bought the vehicle. And then I will also be able to rate the service end of the dealership.

Brendan K was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I wanted, the Versa, and there was no pressure to buy an upgraded car to boost his sale. I bought the base Versa S with a manual transmission, no bells, no whistles. Surprisingly, the car is a dream to drive for such an inexpensive car. Sales process was quick and without any BS that many volume dealers try to push off on their customers. I would highly recommend the Rothrock dealership to any of my friends or acquaintances and would recommend they speak to Brendan if they want Nissan.

Sales person quoted me a price on a vehicle, later she realized the vehicle was priced wrong by $2000.00, below sale price. However, her manager said he would honor the price quoted. Then when I wanted to trade my vehicle her manager would only give me $2000.00, less "trade-in" value to make up the difference for their mistake. I left a phone message with the owner of the dealership, he refused to return my call. I will never recommend this dealer.

I did some internet pricing, and was invited to Rothrock to test drive a versa. I came prepared to buy a car on the spot, with cash money. I made it quite clear from the onset what exactly I wanted and that I would not be interested in any additional options. I kept getting badgered with one inflated price after another with options I do not need nor want. I found them rude, and pushy. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Initial contact with Rothrock Nissan was thru their interner site. Got a quick response and then met with Jason (sales ssociate). He did a good job of understanding and then meeting my expections without applying sales pressure. And, he was knowledgeable and friendly. I generally do not enjoy the "process" of buying a vehicle. But Jason made this a pleasant experience and I ended up getting a terrific deal.

Our experience with Rothrock was very pleasant. Our salesman, Jason, was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He knows the product that he is selling very well. He answered all our questions in a knowledgeable and professional way. He also gave us a tour of the facility. We have purchased many vehicles in the past and we were very impressed with Jason. After purchasing my 2013 Altima, I realized that for the area I live in, I need a vehicle with four wheel drive. My first thought was to call Jason and explain my situation. Jason was very understanding. I told him my husband drives a Jeep and I would like one like his. Jason being the kind of person he is went out of his way to help me find the vehicle I wanted. I then purchased a 2012 white Jeep. My husband and I want everyone to know that Jason is kind, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. The process was quick and he went over all the details with me and he even let take the car home overnight prior to purchase. wanted to purchase, grand cherokee at rothrock since it is a mile from my home. it took them 1 and 1/2 hours to give me a price even though the place was empty. i ended up buying the same vehicle at sands in quakertown for $8,000 less. i really didn't care that there price was so unreasonable. it is their business, if they can fool someone in thinking they are getting a good deal , that is their right. the problem i had was the time it took to get the price. i was offended that they felt my time was not valuable
