Very welcoming, open, helpful. Great communication: no one talked "down" to us or made us feel rushed; instead, everything was clearly explained and made sense. Greatly appreciated the shuttle to Subway (Julio was gracious and patient). The atmosphere throughout the whole building is relaxed...didn't get the permeating "sales intensity" feeling at all.
