I had a tow hitch added to my 2014 Jeep Compass. It was easy to have done even though I live 60 miles away. I was given a loaner car and they were quick with the installation. This was actually something that was set up with the salesperson and the service department for us, so we did not actually deal with any of the service people. Everyone at Roberson if friendly and willing to help out.
