Herman Scales is an amazing salesman, he knows what you want before you do. He finds the right car at the right price with ZERO pressure. I can't even call him a salesman.... I don't like sales man, and I like Herman. So much in fact I bought a car from him!!!

Herman says it like it is. Very enjoyable experience. Yes, I just said that about buying a car. We just bought our 3rd car from Power Kia. Herman is the best of the best. No pressure. No stearing you toward something else. Just a good man doing good business. We will se him again when we need a new car, God willing.

I recently bought a new car from Herman Scales. Herman was a great help to my needs of style of car to buy. In my future purchase of buying a Kia, I will be looking for Herman to be my salesman again. I recommend Salem Power Kia to be the place to purchase your next vehicle. The best experience of my life!!

A few days ago we had went to power Kia in Salem just to look at cars, and see our options at this dealership. We had been looking around for awhile, and the first guy came up to us, and his name was Greg he was a wonderful guy to talk to, and answered some of our questions about different cars. Greg had brought out a second person to help us out with cars, and that was Herman Scales a fantastic guy. Herman answered every single question we had thrown at him about the kia optima. Herman was great he helped us pick out which car would be able to best fit our live style that we live in. If you ever stop in to Power Kia in Salem right next to I-5 ask to talk with Herman because he is such a great person to talk with, and he knows a lot about kia's, and he is able to help pick a great car out for you. Everybody was very friendly and professional. Wayne Kronke, our salesperson, in particular made our purchase experience painless and pleasant. All the staff we met such as Andre' in parts enhanced our experience. Due to your staff we would not hesitate to purchase from Power again or to recommend family and friends to your dealership.

Best Sales Experience

Rebecca Brown is amazing! She's top notch and made the experience what it was! She was friendly, and ventured out into the rain on more than one occasion to get vehicles for us to test so we wouldn't get as wet. Rebecca was easy to talk to and made this experience feel very low pressure and even fun.

Bob Stribling was fantastic! He was very thorough and did what he could to assist us in finding exactly what we needed. Easy going, approachable, honest, and patient. The only reason I dropped a single star was due to a lack of transparancy from the sales manager.

Great place to purchase a Kia!

There was no stress, associates pushing me to buy and overall was a good experience. However, I feel at the end of the month, you should have 2 finance managers, as I was third in line and waited 2.5 hours to be seen. I traded in a 2011 Kia Forte and was very happy with the trade in value.

Salesman...Steve Wolff...took time to explain the difference between buying and leasing and then showed me everything about the vehicle. Even before I went in to the store he was very helpful with quotes. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had!!

I had a very smooth low pressure transaction , my sales guy ( Justin I believe ) was great, and I even got to chat up the GM Shane Matheny . I has purchased my last 4 vehicles over the last 12 years from power Kia. I send all my friends and family to usually see Herman scales , but Justin awnserd my call ( you know how it goes Herman ;) ) top service no B.S. I like the approach compared to Kiefers , it's worth the drive.

It has been a long two months looking for a car. One car dealer I went to wrecked the car before I signed the papers and still tried to sell it to me. A many other would sell the car out from under me as I was going through the paperwork. It was safe to say I was fed up with looking for a car. I fell into the loophole of not having credit due to my age, but not being able to gain credit due to not having credit. My mom convinced me to look again at cars and we happened upon a nice Jetta on sale at Power of Kia in Salem. We test drove it and crunched numbers. The sales associate we worked with did the usual routine, but took the numbers we wanted and met us in the middle. The process was so easy and after the ordeal I had to go through to find a car, it was nice to find a dealer who saw me as a person and not as a number forever stuck in a paradox. I will recommend everyone to Power of Kia and thank them. They have no idea how much it means to me that they worked with me and saw me not as a liability, but as an opportunity to make a person smile and sell a car to someone who will remember their kindness in the years to come. Thank you Power Kia of Salem!
