Northside Ford

I was looking for a pickup and Northside is close to the house so I stopped by on a Saturday to check on a vehicle on their website. The sales manager said 'Oh that just sold, but I'll sell you a 2014 or a 2015..." I said no thank you and left wondering if they ever had the vehicle or if it was just "bait". Two weeks later I saw an F-150 4X4 on the website and emailed the sales manager, he said that it was at an upholstery shop across town if I wanted to look at it. I replied, just let me know when it returns. Three days later I stopped by after work again and another sales person said "I think that just sold..." until she checked and it was still out. I emailed the sales manager and he replied that a salesman had driven a customer across town to look at the truck. I asked why I wasn't extended that courtesy and why I was on the bottom of the list and he was a little flip with me. The bottom line is that the sales manager didn't even get out of his chair to greet me, I was able to walk the lot several times and leave with no one greeting me and they look disingenuous. All of this reminded me of why I haven't owned an American make since 1995.
