Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton

We just bought a 2013 GLK from Norm Hunter at Beaverton MB. It was a delightful and easy process. We had NO intention of buying a car that day. We had planned to buy a Lexus RX350 after we sold two cars. Working with Norm was a breeze! He's quite the deal maker. For any objection we raised Norm had a solution - "we can make that work". Everyone with whom we dealt during the transaction (Chick and Miles in Service and Andrew J., Finance Manager) was very helpful and courteous. My husband's observation is that there was no "hard sell" from anyone. Great buying experience and we expect to buy another car from Norm - AFTER we sell a couple of cars!
