I found a vehicle online that I was interested in taking a look at. I'd been searching for a while for this particular vehicle and it looked to have exactly what we needed and at a competitive price. I called to ensure they still had it prior to driving out as these have been selling pretty quickly around Portland and it was a Monday - you never know what kind of activity they may have had over the weekend. They confirmed they had it so I came in the next day. When I arrived the gentleman that greeted me was polite and helpful, asking what I needed. It was as if they were expecting me and knew what vehicle I was interested in from just that quick 10min call the night before! While the gentleman I had spoken to the evening before was not available, Tom Pollock was. He was great! We took the car out for a drive, he pointed out several features, discussed my needs and matched what I shared to the features of the vehicle. Having been in sales for over 25 yrs myself, my expectations for a sales process are pretty high. Tom exceeded those expectations. In fact, the whole team did. We worked out all the details with my trade-in, my financing and within a short amount of time I was moving my son's car seat to a new car! In fact, the Service Dept had already taken care of a minor factory recall repair which meant I didn't have to come back to have that done! I would recommend this dealership and team to anyone who wants an easy, no pressure, seamless process!
