  • Mercedes of Medford a real Gem

    My wife and I were on an 11,000 mile trip From Alaska in our sprinter Van. On the second to last leg of our trip before heading home to AK, we experienced mechanical failure and the closest Mercedes dealership was Mercedes of Medford, OR. When I called the forementioned dealership I was greeted by Shannon. I explained our situation and that we were traveling with our dog and would like to have our van looked at before heading north on the Alaskan highway and that we are living out of our van and without it we would definitely be stranded without all our belongings. Shannon offered us a same day service, however we were still too far from the dealership and we opted for next day. Upon arrival to Mercedes of Medford everyone was understanding of our situation and had our van in and out in under 4 hrs repaired , washed and fluids topped off. We could not have been more happy with our service here, and the shining star was Shannon our service adviser. Needless to say while traveling the odds for scheduled or unscheduled service is high. We will always be looking to Mercedes of Medford Oregon for future service. This dealership is highly recommended!!!!!

  • Service worked with me through an emergency

    While towing my ML Bluetec went into limp mode in Eureka CA. The local mechanics who worked on MB did not have Star Diagnostics and could find no fault and I needed to see a MB dealer the closest one being MB of Medford. Spoke with my regular Service Advisor at MB Beaverton who said yes the Limp Mode faults can reset when turning off the engine but it would be best to take the vehicle to a MB service center. Dan Wolf the service advisor was very understanding about being a walk-on and told me he would do his best to work me into the schedule. The tech could not find any live or stored codes, test drove the vehicle and the dealership washed and vacuumed the vehicle. I went to pay and Mr. Wolf told me there was no charge. I was flabbergasted to say the least. Folks like you ant MB are the reason I have driven MB since 1967.

  • Not a good experience

    May be due to Saturday service…. I took the car and the display showed I should check oil at the next refueling …. Just completed A service. Initially I was told by the service desk it is normal and will go away after driving. I was not satisfied and brought the car back. The technician checked, had to top up a quart of oil. Mercs are expensive to buy and service… expect a road test done before handing the car to customer. I would say the staff was courteous.

    Just purchased 2023 C300 from Mercedes of Medford and our purchase experience was exceptional. We live in the San Francisco Bay Area and most of the purchase arrangements were made online and by phone. We worked with Eric Ordinez who was outstanding. Very responsive and informative. His boos Gary was very helpful. We drove 5.6 hours to pick up the car. When we got there everything was ready. Car, paper work, and loan documents were ready for our signature. The finance manager Mario was amazing. They kept every agreement we made and delivered on every promise. We will definitely purchase our next Mercedes from them. The long drive was worth it

  • The dash cam videos at the MB dealership tell the story

    Hi, thank you MB Medford Oregon for inviting me to review my recent service. Before I review that service, I’ll be transparent and share that all of my previous services were fine, at least mechanically, however after picking my van up, every time it’s serviced at this dealership, things inside my van were strewn about as if someone was playing a rally sport game while driving my vehicle which I treat with much respect. The last service, Nov. 4 2022, the entire bed platform was dislodged and against the van slider door. This was the third time this had happened out of the three service visits to this dealership. Note that I’ve had another dealership service the vehicle and this did not happen. Because of this, I decided to pull the dash cam footage after that Nov 2022 visit. I was shocked to say the least. Not only was the repair tech disrespectful in his ‘test drive’, i.e., drove it hard, cornered it hard, went through pot holes and over curbs like the van was a side-x-side in the backwoods off road, hence the dislodged items, but, other staff members sat in the front seats while the van was parked in their back lot and listened to my sat radio. They tuned my sat radio to a raunchy comedy channel and had it on that channel for an extended period of time while they rummaged through my personal belongings. The only channels I have saved or have ever used are NPR and The Highway. Never have I listened to a comedy channel, let along one of poor taste. They also had conversations through the open window with their colleagues, whereas they spoke derogatorily about their significant others, and utilized F bombs like it was their favorite adjective. Repeatedly. Flipped their colleagues off too. All of this is saved on the micro SD card on my dash cam. Faces. Some of their first names. And all the dirtiness. I didn’t say anything to the service manager, hoped it was an isolated incident. With that knowledge, and yes I’ve saved all of the dash cam footage, I was then very apprehensive with additional service from this MB dealership. But I’m limited in my rural area - it’s them, at 1.2hrs away, or 4 hrs to the next certified MB dealership. However, during that Nov 2022 service, they diagnosed a turbo resonator oil leak, covered by extended warranty. I made the appointment to have the turbo resonator oil leak repaired, in Feb 2023. I was told this would take 1 day. Since this dealership is the closest to my residence, but yet 1.2 hours away and over a snowy summit, I was hesitant, but again I was assured it would be a 1 day repair. Later that same day I was texted by the dealership that the part they installed did not “seat” correctly, and they would have to order a new part. Now I’m to figure out how to find a way home, without a vehicle. They replied that they had no loaner car, and the issue with the part isn’t uncommon. I was not advised of this prior to my commitment to the service date. The next day, they texted to tell me that the part was on back order….?????? Huh? I asked if I could drive the vehicle in the interim, and the answer was yes, it would be fine, and it would NOT go into limp mode. he said they reinstalled the old cracked turbo resonator, with the old o-rings. So, I got a ride to the dealership a few days later, and spoke to the service manager. I wanted to confirm I could drive the vehicle with the re-installed cracked turbo resonator before I drove it up and over the pass. He advised that it could go into limp mode - something to do with a boost leak from the cracked resonator. I was sure to let him know that was NOT what I was told by the service tech over the phone. He did not recommend I drive the vehicle in it’s current condition. And no loaner. So confusing. He advised that the part would take 4-6 weeks to arrive, and perhaps as long as 6 months. He claimed, almost as if he were bragging, that he has a van on his lot waiting for a backordered part for 6 months and counting. I asked that, if I could find an OEM part sooner would they install it? He said yes, no problem. I had the part ordered that same day, from Euro Parts San Diego, and express delivered directly to the dealership, $110 plus $25 for the express delivery, arriving 2 business days later, and the van was ready that same day that the part was delivered to them. Mind you, they didn’t call to tell me they had received the part I purchased or that they were working on the vehicle, just a text message in the afternoon that said the van was washed and ready for pick up. I then called to inquire if they received the part, and repaired the van, since that information was not included in the text message, and they confirmed it was received, van repaired, and ready for pick up. When I picked up the van, you guessed it, items in the back had been dislodged, including part of the bed. In all of the miles I’ve put on this vehicle, I’ve NEVER dislodged anything on the bed. EVER. It would take some significant force to lift the bed from it’s position to unhook it from the vertical stays and move it. And that dash cam? Yup, all the video between when I dropped it off, and when I picked it up was either gone, or was corrupted. Gone. Except 1 video. And that was all I needed to confirm they could care less about my personal property. And I will continue to save all of the previously obtained dash cam videos with horrendous obscene recorded discussions and hard driving of my vehicle. I’m disgusted by how they treated my personal property, and by the poor taste in casual conversations their employees used, especially towards their female significant others, in those conversations recorded on my dash cam. I won’t buy an MB ever again. Never.

    Mercedes of Medford is quality customer service every time I go for servicing. Been doing it for about 5 yr & never disappointed with the personal attention from Shannon Meade, the Service Advisor. Even some of the men employees were very courteous to open the door for me upon entering & leaving her office. This is a great staff for servicing my car & I trust the technicians who always made my car perform at its optimum level. Thank you Mercedes of Medford for the reputation earned at pleasing my customer experience every time.

    Randall handed us off to Chad, who did a great job helping us buy our 2021 GLB 250 SUV. My only complaint was that the F&I lady was ready to let us pay a much higher interest rate and laughed at me when I said she should have offered us the much lower credit union rate first.

    The service Dept is excellent. Shannon Service Advisor and Hugo Service Manager went all out to help us get our Sprinter Van repaired. We were traveling through starting a 7 week RV trip when we had trouble with the Sprinter. Shannon & Hugo went all out to help get it fixed. The whole dealership was excellent in terms of professionalism, customer service and making sure we felt welcome.

    I lived in Southern California all my life until recently and owned 3 different Mercedes and have had service at various dealerships. None have been as good as the service at the Medford dealership. The staff (especially Rachael) are efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, nice and friendly. Since my 1994 500SL needed to be replaced, I just purchased a new Mercedes from the Medford dealership from Randall, who was wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

    We are from out of state and were in the market for a 2012 Mercedes ML-350 with low mileage and preferably a certified pre-owned Mercedes. In searching the internet, I found a beautiful vehicle at MB of Medford. Randall G. worked with us by phone/email and made the process so easy for us. By the time we finally met, it was like we had known each other forever. I feel so fortunate to have found Randall and our ML-350. I highly recommend that you see Randall G. at MB of Medford before going anywhere else.

    I stopped by the Medford Or dealership in the fall of 2012 looking for a car with good gas mileage. I was greeted by salesperson Randall G. He listened to me as I explained I was looking for a second vehicle with better gas economy than my truck. On the floor was a new SLK 350 which had great economy but I was not looking for a new vehicle. At the time there was no used vehicle in stock that appealed to me. During the next 8 months Randall had kept in contact with me in a professional and friendly manor...never pushy..with possible suggestions of vehicles they had in stock. I visited the dealer several times and each time I was greeted with a friendly smile and treat with respect but never any pressure to buy. To make long story short when I was finally ready to buy Randall spent a lot of time with me helping me select just the right vehicle to match my needs and budget. Randall had a lot of patience with me as I fussed over the details of each possible vehicle. Now that I have had the Mercedes over a month the vehicle continues to exceed my high expectations and I could not have asked for a better purchasing experience.

    In 2014, I purchased a 2013 Mercedes-Benz 350GLK 4Matic from Randall G. of Mercedes-Benz of Medford. Since then, I've been provided with perfect service at every visit. Installation of a trailer hitch and the associated electrical components was included in my purchase. During the installation, I was provided with a free loaner Mercedes that was newer and better equipped than the one I'd purchased. I was provided with frequent updates on the progress of the work. Considerable disassembly of the rear of the vehicle was required and I was able to look at the disassembled vehicle with the mechanic and ask him a few questions about it. That education was very helpful to me. The manufacturer caused some problems for Mercedes-Benz of Medford. The trailer hitch parts came as a series of packages, each of which required the dealership to order another package to complete the job, but the manufacturer didn't tell the dealership this in advance. The dealer handled this fantastically! They kept me continually informed on the status of my work and, since my loaner was better than the vehicle that I owned, I teased them that they could just keep mine. I frequently drive off road and thoroughly consume my vehicles before buying another one. Resale value is trivial once I'm done with them. Obviously, that means a lot of service is required. I live locally and am at the dealership once or twice a month. Every visit is the same: Perfect.

    We have been Mercedes Benz owners since 1965 and our dealing with Medford and Randall G. was very positive. We took the European delivery option and had an amazing experience from start to finish . Mercedes knows how to really make you happy you bought their product. The car performed beautifully on some very challenging roads in Europe. Thank heaven for the GPS!! We look forward to receiving it here in the US soon.

    We just picked up our new GLK. It is our fifth Mercedes and the second we bought from Russ M. The car is great and the process was so easy. Russ is knowledgeable, low-key, honest and great to work with. Thanks to Bob C. too.

    The best sales service ever! My husband and I are long time Mercedes drivers and decided that it was time to consider a new car. We called Russ M. and let him know what we were interested in. By the next day Russ had located the perfect vehicle and we took delivery on it a few days later. Russ is a "make it happen" guy who knows his product, is great to work with and is true to his word. What a great experience!

    After some Internet shopping Kevin W. made it easy for us to make the 150 mile trek for our mercedes purchase. By the time we were driving to Medford I knew exactly what we were getting. On arrival the entire Medford team made us feel very welcome. Sadie, Russ and Michael walked us through the entire process, with assist from the rest of the team, and by the time we left we wished we lived closer so we could take full advantage of this dealership.
