My Mom bought a 2017 Traverse from Airport Chevrolet. Everyone was friendly & very helpful, they treated us like Family. It was well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive to Medford, it was so nice to be treated well by everyone. Look forward to returning when we need service!

The asking price was way too high & the trade-in was far below Edmund's quote for the car we were driving. I made a counter-offer & the salesman said he took it to the owner of the dealership & that it was accepted. The paperwork was totally different than what we agreed to & we did not read it carefully. We should have walked out but ended up paying too much. I cannot feel good about driving the car & would never recommend Airport to anyone!

I waited, I priced, I compared. I worked on the credit, I shopped all over Oregon. When it was time I chose Airport Chevy. Oregon's best in customer sales and service. I got the best price in Oregon at Airport Chevrolet. A 2014 Cadillac SRX. I would like to thank my salesman ZAC, Ted in finance , Matt in finance, and Virginia in customer service. I see other reviews here about Airport Chevrolet. I have a feeling that Airport Chevrolet made those reviews. I had $10,000 cash to put down on a new Chevrolet Sonic. My credit has problems but I saw a commercial from Airport Chevrolet of Medford, OR featuring a woman who had credit problems but they were able to get a good price. First, my salesperson, Talon H., did not honor the internet price, he tried to jack it up to $23,999.00, which is almost $6,000 over the fair market price shown for the exact same car here at Edmunds. Then they gave me a 22% interest rate!!! If you live in the Medford, Oregon area, please do yourself a favor. Go to Town & Country Chevrolet in Ashland. If you don't believe me, fine, try it for yourself. First email them to check the internet price they will give you. TC will give you the internet price you see through this site - they also offered a $500 GMC discount, and another TC Cash discount for $500. Then ask Airport - they will not give you an answer. They will do anything they can do to get you in for "face time" and then they will lay every kind of con they can. I can not believe these guys do business and think the only way they do is to make fake reviews like the 3 perfect reviews here at this site. Do not be a sucker like I was. Please!

Overall a great experience. The only negative I can state and it's not that big of a deal is that I hate when they have to beg me to give them high marks on their survey. It truly makes me want to ignore the surveys. I know they get some kind of kick back but don't beg me to give a positive remark. Let me form my own opinion based on my experience!
