I was in the hospital having surgery for an aggressive rare cancer. This dealership did everything to get me the car I wanted. The day my kids picked it up for me we found it rained “inside” the car. I reached out to them on November 9th and to this day they haven’t responded to me. If your car is perfect then you’re golden, but god forbid you have a problem, don’t even think they will be there for you. I had to take my car to another dealership and pay over $1100.00 to get it fixed. We’re 3 months in and Klamath Falls Lithia Toyota still hasn’t bothered to get back to me. Just cut out this dealership and go to anyone other than them

I was treated like I owned the place my sales man was the best I ever seen and the manager randy was good at his job. I, was very happy with the deal I received and would buy here again as this was my 4th purchase in 2 years.

I had a great experience purchasing my new car. I really ran Shun around the property. I was originally there to purchase a Jeep Compass or Cherokee, I researched the Jeeps for 3 mnths prior to going to your store. I was caught off gaurd with the cost difference for some of the bells an whistles that I wanted in the Jeep. I saw the RAV4 and decided to test drive it. I also test drove a Jeep Cherokee, a Compass and some Ford SUV's (at a different dearlership). I was very happy with the way the RAV held the road, quick response to steering and piower the sunroof, and the lack of road noise and the fact that it won't lose it's value as quickly as some other vehicles would. Shaun was trooper in keeping up with me running all over th place. And my change of purchase plan. He is fairly new to sales but did a god job. It would have been nice to have been offered something to drink and a quiet place to discuss some things with my husband before sitting down to make a final decision. Had I been given a little extra time I would have probably upgraded options on the RAV4. I love driving the car but it lacks some of the options I had planned on getting in a new car. Also, the paperwork from Oregon to California for registration takes a lot more than 10 business days. I purchased the car on May 12th and still have not received the registration card form the Oregon DMV.

Our overall experience was good. However, buying a new vehicle can be stressful as we were spending a lot of money. Expressing our uncertainty did not go over well, and the sales person actually rolled their eyes at us. He seemed very frustrated which only made us more unsure. However, in the end we made our purchase and are happy with the vehicle. We realize that the process took a long time but were happy that they were filling up our truck and washing it for us to drive away. We realized it was the end of the day, but it was not washed well at all. It was still dirty. I tried calling twice the next day or two but was never able to get ahold of our sales person to express our disappointment in the wash job.

I cant thank Lithia enough for the awesome employees they have. Cassandra and Michelle were amazing and very attentive! Cassandra did everything needed and we just signed everything. The sales person that I had helping me was spot on did an amazing job. He listened to all my need and what I was looking for, we were in in the process of negotiating on a truck I would buy, when a truck came in that I was even better then the one I was working on. Wow this place is amazing I got everything I wanted and more never stepped 1 foot in the dealership Michelle the Internet sales lady drove the vehicle to me on the back of a truck three hours away to my doorstep to payment sign paperwork and was gone before I know it leaving me with a beautiful brand new car and offered to stay as long as needed until I was acquainted with the vehicle and happy with my new purchase Which I am and they're amazing i recommend them to everyone

I am a fan of Toyota and recommend people to buy Toyota Cars. I myself bought Toyota cars. I recently was looking for a Toyota Sienna LE and I spoke to Toyota Klamath Falls and they agreed to a price with me and gave me the go-ahead to come to their dealership for a van even I told them that I am coming far from the dealership more than 60 miles they confirmed me that they will sell at the agreed price. When I and a friend of mine reached there, I double checked (even though the car has scratches all over but they agreed to fix that) with them before running of my credit check, the sales guy again confirmed the same price and asked me to sign on certain papers. I did that, but, after some time he came back with a different price which was $400 more than the agreed price and said either buy on this price or leave the dealership which was rude. I decided not to buy the car on principles I didn't want my self to be tricked on this dirty trick of them. They didn't give us any copies of anything like the documents which I signed and rudely said that they are not giving us anything and leave. We called Toyota customer service but it was not available since it was Sunday. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody and beware of their dirty tricks. The VIN number of the car is 5TDKZ3DC5HS850395, please beware this car has scratches everywhere.

Steve our salesman was very helpful in explaining all the options available with the various Jeep models and really did help us select a car that met our needs.
