Tyler had our selected vehicles ready to test drive and was very knowledgeable about features and technical specifications. Pricing was transparent and the Finance department was very quick, thorough, and informative (though not pushy). From internet inquiry to drive-away, we were very impressed.

onJust brought my car in for an oil change and to look at an off & on problem. My service contact Brian Rivers is always right on top of whatever I need. Problem was nothing but a cleaning and oil is clean. Service department is the best !

Service with Care Makes It Worth the Drive

onMy Service Advisor, Brian Rivers, has taken care of our vehicles for decades. Recently, he processed the service order for my 30,000-mile factory service. At the same time, he handled a GMC Acadia factory recall. We now live in Washington, and the work was likely to take more than a day, so Brian arranged for a no-charge rental car. He even walked me back to the Weston rental office with the necessary paperwork. Brian always takes great care of us. That's why we drive the distance to Weston GMC-Buick-Kia.

onI am upset about the dealership’s willingness to look at my Navigation. When I made an oil change appointment, I asked if there were any recalls with the navigation system. I was told no, but was also told to remind him when I brought the car in for the oil change and he would have it looked at. However, when I came in, the lady that helped me asked if I had purchased an extended warranty and I said no and she said that it would be $85 to have it looked at. I told her what was said when I called in and she walked over and checked with another guy and he said “oh yeah, I told her we would look at it”, but the lady still said that in order for diagnostics to be run, it would be $85. I said no. I’m just very disappointed that it couldn’t be looked at. I only had 41,000 miles on the car then the issue occurred, so you would think that the dealership would want to take care of its customer.

onThe service dept had no clue. Left our car there for 4 days. It never moved. When we came back to get it the exhaust leak had not been done and they tried to sell us a new engine. There is nothing wrong with our engine. It's all about the Benjamin's with these people. Go elsewhere.

onWeston offers the best service I have ever experienced. From the moment you drive your car into the very nice service center, you are treated with friendly and quick customer service. Their waiting room is VERY nice and comfortable with all the amenities. I would buy another car from them in the future for so many reasons, but to have my car serviced there is a huge bonus.
