onFord recalled my Ram 3500. The issue involved the drag link. Evidently there was a potential for failure while operating. I took my pickup in and the drag link was welded solid. A replacement part was not out and no other option was available. Fast forward to this service the front end of Ram needed alignment. I took Ram to shop, not Wilson Motors and was told because of Ford fix to recall they can’t align front end. I talked with the greatest Service Department representative ever who works at Wilson Motors Service Department, Jeff Heilman. Jeff told me he would do some checking around for options and get back to. About a week or so later Jeff called me and said he was able to get replacement part for the “temporary fixed drag link” and the extended warranty I had purchased on Ram would cover all but $100.00. We set date, drag link fixed and all I had to do was pay $100.00. Time after time Wilson Motors and Jeff take customer service to a new level. I live 1.5 hours one way from Wilson Motors and I could take my pickup someplace closer and get the work done, but why? Wilson Motors and Jeff do it right. The do a great job at reasonable price and did I mention they do great work. Since 2013, I have taken my pickup to Wilson Motors for all service and work. I bought a 2nd vehicle from Wilson Motors because of their Service Department and sales staff. If I buy another vehicle it will be from Wilson Motors. onI brought my new Escape in to Wilson Ford in Corvallis, where I purchased it, for its first oil change and inspection with a 10:00 appointment. At 10:40, I went outside and walked around the service building and saw my car parked. I asked the service dept. why and they said they were behind schedule, but they should get to it soon. Not a good first impression of Wilson’s Service Dept. I may consider taking it to the Albany dealership next time.

onAlthough my vehicle does not bear the Ford emblem, it is a Lincoln and receives excellent service attention when needed. All of the Customer Service Representatives at this facility are customer focused, attentive to the vehicle complaint, and maintain communications if a unforseen situation were to arise.

1997 Jeep Wrangler

onBought a 1997 Jeep Wrangler from Wilson Motors. It should have been inspected, but we had to return to the dealership a few days later to report a problem starting the vehicle. Wilson Motors replaced the starter on the vehicle and charged us for the part.

onMy brother had recommended the salesman to me about a month previously. My brother and the salesman had talked about what my and my girls needs were. The salesman remembered the information from a month previously, asked a few general questions about me and the girls needs and picked out the perfect Ford Escape; gave me an excellent trade in value on prior Ford Focus; and super financing on new Ford Escape. All the staff were friendly and helpful and had us back on the road in a very short time. Especially impressed that everyone entertained my 5 and 10 year old girls in what could have been a long time for kids to sit still! Thanks everybody.

onThe (Town & Country) we just recently purchased has been a great buy for us. It took me about 15min from the time I got out of my vehicle till I came to a decision of what I wanted to purchase. I received an online quote for a New '15 Dodge Grand Caravan which helped me consider buying a low mileage used vehicle. It was a very smooth process and I was able to get a loan & drive the vehicle home in about 2 hours of agreeing to a purchase price. We haven't used the vehicle maintenance services & auto repair yet. We had some reservations for auto care because of a few of the reviews we read online, but we will just have to see for ourselves.

on2014 Ram Ecodiesel with an intermittent engine warning light. Quick diagnosis, speedy order of needed part, prompt fix to the problem. Service department was very informative and polite. Obtained the use of a loaner car with no hassles. Competent, speedy, polite and painless!

onMy husband and I purchased a 2015 Ford F-150 lariat from our hometown Wilson Motors on the Labor Day weekend. We had been looking all over Oregon for about a month and were very surprised to find exactly what we wanted right in our backyard. We picked the truck up on a Friday and the salesman that we were working with had the whole weekend off so they let us take the truck and I went back by myself to have him go through and show me how everything works. I was a little nervous to go by myself but he was awesome and patient with me. I absolutely love Wilson Motors AND my beautiful F-150!!!!!!!

onI happened to be at Wilson Motors to make a service appointment and decided to have a look at the used cars available as well. As I did I discovered Sales Consultant Kirk Murphy leaning against a Ford Escape that was exactly what I was hoping to find. A few short hours later the Escape was ours. The purchasing process, which is always something of a bummer with automobiles, went quickly and efficiently and was a pleasant experience. On the way home we discovered a problem with our 'new' Escape, and we will soon discover how well Wilson Motors handles the issue.
