Milo Flores was my sales person and honestly I couldn't have been more impressed and satisfied with his efforts to help me get the BEST deal on my brand new 2024 Jetta GLI 40th Anniversary edition! He went above and beyond for me, even going as far as replying to a message when he wasn't even on the clock (sorry about that Milo). My experience here was great, and I've owned A LOT of Volkswagens over the years and have dealt with many dealerships. Go here if you want to be treated with respect and be taken care of the best! VW for life <3 Note: The only thing I wasn't super impressed with was the 3% credit card charge, but I guess that's a small price to pay when you get such a good deal on your brand new car ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I purchase alot of cars, keep trading them in, all German cars. Andy Metcalf has by far gone beyond his way to make my latest purchase a 2024 Tiguan an amazing experience. Not only he is very friendly and genuine, but he just has such a positive energy about him. Took his time to actually show all the functions of the vehicle with my daughter, set her app for her. He made sure all of the questions were answered. He is genuinely caring and is excited to show you your car and walk you through the process. During the ordering process of the vehicle, he had to make couple of calls to get the interior color that my daughter wanted that wasn't offered in the website. He is by far the best sales person I have ever encountered. Such positive energy about him.

Herzog-Meier just out of the blue made my dream of owning a brand new Golf R come true. I had honestly given up the search for one. They're hard to find, and the dealers that did have them wanted to charge insanely high markup from 17k to 10k above MSRP. I had reached out to them 8 months ago about a new 2023 Golf R, only to find out that it was already sold. I left it at that and just kind of gave up on the thought of even getting one this year. To my surprise, 8 months later Zac reaches out to me letting me know they received the first Golf R that they have had in 8 months and wanted to know if I was interested. This was the most straight forward car deal I have ever had. They gave me a completely reasonable offer for my trade in. They didn't low ball me, no 4 square, no games, no tricks. They were completely transparent and wanted to do a fair and honest deal. This was the best experience of my life buying a car. Overall, my experience with Herzog-Meier Volkswagen was exceptional. They made me feel like more than just another customer; they made me feel like a valued friend. Everyone at Herzog-Meier were very helpful. Despite being very busy, each member of staff took the time to answer all my questions. Andy did a marvelous job in selling me my new 2023 Taos and was even available after the sale to answer any further questions I had. During the sale, he helped me find the model that fitted my needs best and did not pressure me into something outside my needs or budget.

After my Jetta was wrecked, Andy and Brandie helped me find the right GTI. They both listened to what I needed and then were super cool throughout the process. There wasn’t any pressure or annoying sales tactics like there is at other dealerships. I will definitely be coming back!

Lack of Quality Service and Bad Communication - No follow up

The service department will attempt to upsell you on numerous things you do not need. My car has very limited mileage and they forced me to utilize the 20K mile service as it was a timed target. Why? Because that is their policy. For a car with less than 2K miles, they suggested tire rotation and alignment, window dressing (RainX), new wipers, Fuel additive, injection cleaning, AC performance treatment, wheel alignment, wiper blade replacement and key battery replacement. Non of these items were needed or necessary. My new car had a loose component that they stated was "probably" caused due to my usage. When I requested details on how they came to that conclusion, they passed me off to the service manager - that was unavailable and to date hasn't contacted me with additional details. Stated it was my issue and not a quality issue with the vehicle. So I have a brand new vehicle less than 2K miles on it with a broken component that I will need to pay to fix outside of the factory warranty. Service department was apologetic for the situation I was in but provided no options, guidance or personal touch. To make things even more exciting - when they returned the car to me their technician had left a 18 inch metal screwdriver in the drivers seat and marred the leather seat on the vehicle. Again service contact said "sorry" I know how frustrating this can be.. "not acceptable" I treat this vehicle with the utmost respect and treat it like my forever vehicle, always clean, safe "parked in my garage" and driven very little. only reason we brought it in was for a safety recall. As a final comment - I feel that I must bring this issue up with Volkswagen management as it is unacceptable and the dealership "to date" has not attempted to contact me.

Both these employees worked hard to meet the service needs of my car, even though I brought it in a bit too late. They graciously still serviced my car (when they did not have to) and had it done efficiently, before closing time. I appreciated their helpful and friendly personalities and would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone. These employees sold me on it! Very impressed. 👍🏽

I have had nothing but great experiences with Herzog Meier. Jenna Griffin has been helping me with my car over the last couple years with it being serviced and she has always been able to give me advice and has been so friendly. Just recently, I had an oil leak in my car and would have likely needed a loaner car. At the time, there weren't any available but I show up the day of my appointment and she was able to get me one! She is amazing and I highly recommend this place and her to anyone.
